Went there today for a coloring and hair style. I brought in a photo of what I wanted. the young girl did not style my hair as requested and it must now grow in before I can get a proper style. she also gave me the wrong color. I asked for platinum with some pink striping. she gave me dirty blond with hardly any pink and said that what she did looked more natural. I don't care how she feels she was supposed to do what I asked for. This looks so bad that I have to now wear a wig till my hair grows back and I can find a competent stylist to do as I asked.

My 8 year old wanted to go somewhere more grown up than Snip-its (we've had good experiences there) and a friend recommended LisaKen where her kids go for haircuts. She was in her glory getting temporary color, while being treated to hot chocolate and Doritos! We also went for special occasion hair for 1st communion and it took all the stress out of our morning! Felicia R was great with her and everyone seemed very friendly. Easy to book over the phone, glad to have text reminders and confirmations. Would love to see online booking option We'll be back!

I have been going to LisaKen/Merle Norman for many years and recommend this salon/spa to everyone I know! Lisa turned my hair from a curly frizzy mess into my most complimented asset! She and her staff are so professional, always run on time, and make me look 20 years younger! I love the skin care and makeup lines as well. It is so beautiful there, and the entire staff is so warm and make you feel so special. A true gem!!

Love the atmosphere of this salon. The salon was immaculate. They were so friendly and professional. The owner had gone beyond to accommodate me, by changing her schedule just so I would look my best on my special day. Also I wanted to give a thank you to the nail tech Ciara. She did an amazing job on my nails and brows. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. I really can't say enough great things about this salon and the staff.

Highly recommend this salon! The entire staff is so kind and friendly and really make you feel welcome when you walk through the door. I have to give a special shout-out to Sierra who does my eyelash extensions. She is extremely gentle and takes her time to make sure every lash extension is placed perfectly. Her work is beyond talented and leaves you feeling even more beautiful than when you walked in. She is so sweet and a great conversationalist that makes you feel more at ease during the whole process. Her clients needs are her number one priority and she accommodates for that. If you're looking for an amazing, gentle, beautiful eyelash experience, definitely go see Sierra for your eyelash extensions! And if you're looking for a friendly, kind environment for all your beauty needs, I highly recommend this salon!

1Wouldn't recommend. For several reasons, but foremost so you save your time and money. I have made all of my concerns aware to the owner, Lisa, who does not seem to care. There are several issues: 1)The confirmation system they use for appointments, 2) the eyelash extension service 3) old makeup being sold and 4) accountability 1) I scheduled my hair appointment for my wedding day well in advance and received notification of the date and time. I confirmed this appointment using their system and received confirmation. Day of, I called to see if there was any possibility of having my bridesmaids hair done (wasn't expecting, just seeing if possible). I was instead berated instantly for "missing my appointment" by Lisa (owner and also my then stylist). I was so astounded to hear this especially after confirming my appointment and time (for 9:30am). I called at 8:32am and my appointment was supposedly 8:30am. My suggestion for Lisa would be to either update her system or go with something completely different. 2) Sierra, who does eyelash extensions is very sweet and kind, however, has a little more to go in the education of eyelash extensions. It took several times replacing eyelashes and having her come in on her day off to fix them. While she was incredibly sweet and made me feel at ease for complaining ( I felt awful, because I am not that person to complain) my advice would be for her to continue practicing and not at the cost of her clients. 3) Old makeup, nothing more to say. All of Lisa's products have dust (which should have warned me in all honesty). From the foundation that separates, lip scrub that is so dry (I bought lipstick version, not pot), and eye shadow that doesn't even swipe on your hand, just crumbles. There has been absolutely no accountability on Lisa's part as an owner, stylist, or even as a person. Her care shines through her products, communications, and services. Please do yourself a favor, save your time and your money!!

Lisa and one of her stylists styled my bridesmaids' and my hair for my wedding! From my trial to the day of Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and she really listened to what I envisioned for my big day! Our hairstyles lasted from the morning well into the night and I love how my hair looked in all of my pictures! Thank you, again, Lisa!
