I’ve never written a Google review but felt compelled to do so after several awful experiences with Lev Kia’s service department trying to get my Telluride serviced. We bought our new Telluride from Ken and had a good experience with him. Several attempts to get regular service appointments have been unsuccessful and the staff who’ve I’ve spoken with both times have been extremely unhelpful and rude. Our family has worked with Mr. Ko at Lev Kia and Wellesley Toyota for 35 years and these past few experiences with Lev Kia’s service department have sent me elsewhere. I was able to talk to a very polite person at another local Kia dealership who had service appointments within the week, instead of Lev’s 6 weeks “first available”.

I highly recommend the Lev Kia dealership in Framingham, I would like to shoutout A.B who was my sales associate during my visit he went out of his way to make the buying a car experience hassle free in and out of the dealership. He answered all of my questions from test drive to in dealership to follow up questions after I got my car with so much knowledge and truly made the process so smooth I am in love with my Kia Sportage if you are interested in buying a car I truly recommend going with A.B at Lev Kia Framingham.
