The Kohl's in Framingham was a pleasure to shop at. It was neat and clean. The staff was helpful when needed. The store had the items that I was looking for.
Again, the staff was working hard, helpful, and friendly.

So I love the store and I usually shop However, I went in to Sephora to make some purchases.Into Sephora. Apparently you can't use your sephora card unless it has visa on it. So i couldn't make my purchases. It's frustrating no signs nothing in store.

Hate hate hate how you advertise buy one, get one half price. I don’t need 20 pair of socks. I’d rather see them on sale for one pack. I don’t know anyone that wants to buy one get one half price

Do your employees receive sufficient sick days because the last two times I've come in I've noticed the people checking me out are visibly sick and it makes me wonder if you could have somebody come in who is well just seems weird and unfair for them risking getting anybody sick who they are checking out one after the other, just saying generally good practice to allow sick employees to stay home especially face to face checking someone out

Don't sleep on Kohl's. This place is full of different departments (toys, shoes, kids, home, women's, men's, kitchenware, etc) and theres's even a Sephora inside too. This location also has a very efficient Amazon dropoff return area in the back right corner of the store. Seems like a lot of the foot traffic is people bopping in with Amazon returns. It feels like there's always some sale going on when I come here (not complaining) and there's plenty of parking outside which is a huge plus. Sometimes it can be hard trying to find a customer service rep if you need to ask a question/are looking for something in particular but other than that this location always looks tidy and clean! There used to be price checkers all throughout the store and it seems like they may have gotten rid of those. They have great food network pans, kitchenware, drink ware, and bathroom needs if you're ever looking for stuff. All in all Kohl's is still kickin!
