I had worked at my previous center for 24 1/2 years. When they closed it was hard to find a that special child care center. After a few tries, I met the owners of Kiddie Academy of Framingham when I applied for the assistant director position and knew immediately that I had found my home. I have since been made director of the program. I am a rule follower, and the EEC regulations and Kiddie Academy standards are in place for the health and safety of our children. I am held accountable and I hold my teachers accountable to provide a nurturing and loving environment that all children deserve. The teachers at Kiddie Academy of Framingham love these children as their own and treat them the way they would want some one to treat their own children. I am proud of my teachers, they work hard to give the best to our children. We are a family, a Kiddie Academy family. Our children are our future, it is our responsibility to respect them as individuals, nurture and love them, stimulate their imagination and have them be eager to learn about and explore their world. I am proud to be the director of this center and be a part of the Kiddie Academy family.

I am a very anxious first time mom, and I cannot say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. My child has absolutely flourished there. We decided on KA after visiting many daycares in Metrowest; not only is the facility clean and well-organized, but the teachers and the director (Miss Karen) are amazing. When we visited the first time and got to visit the infant room (observing all safety protocols of course), all the babies who could crawl instantly crawled towards Karen. That impression has proven itself true time and time again! Even after our child returned from an absence during the worst of the pandemic, we were confident in the care she received, and the learning and growing she has done has been incredible. I would recommend Kiddie Academy in the highest possible terms and with no reservations. We're so grateful to them!

I have been a teacher since 2008. In those years I have seen a lot of daycares and this by far is the best of the best. I’ve worked here for three years, and I couldn’t be happier. Ms. Ester and Ms. Karen, strive to always ensure the children, and teachers are taken care of. I will be forever grateful to have found kiddie academy.

in my 5 years of working in childcare this has been the worst center. From ant infestations to not following eec safety regulations. Admin was poor and unhelpful and not willing to negotiate and work with teachers. Teachers were overworked and under appreciated resulting in teachers leaving one after another. Although there are cameras in each classroom teachers were not allowed to freely voice concerns to parents or ask for simple things like shoes. I loved the infants I worked with and loved them dearly so I wanted what was best for them, I did my best to make their experience wonderful but was not met with support from the owner or director. I’ve never quit a job or felt the need to urgently leave a center especially when children are involved but this place really sucks the life out of their teachers, I’ve had to comfort teachers who cried over stress and lack of support. This is an unhealthy place to work, and children deserve better !

Kiddie Academy is wonderful! The teachers care so much about the kids, it shows and I have sent 2 children here and never doubted that they were under excellent care.

I have worked in child care since 1997. In that time I've worked at 3 different centers and Nannied. I worked at a corporate chain for 11 yrs before coming to kiddie academy. I have been at kiddie academy now for 3 years and I have to say it is the BEST experience I have had in child care. I love going to work everyday. The owner and director are so committed to the staff and families. The center is so clean, follows all eec guidelines and I feel like I am heard and respected in my position as a teacher. I know want is expected from me and feel appreciated. The owner and director go above and beyond what is expected of them to make sure our center is run to the highest expectations. I proud to work for kiddie academy and how to work there for many years to come. I wish I found a center like kiddie academy for my children when they were in daycare. The live video, tadpole and an educational environment is exceptional.

Used to work there for awhile and I loved the kids & the families but the management was unprofessional and very unorganized.

My kids have been going to this place for 7 years total ... The owner is great. A significant majority of the teachers we have experienced have been great as well.Great location. Hours are good as well. This place does experience some standard child-care challenges, including teachers leaving, and Covid-issues, but nonetheless we recommend the place without a doubt!

I will start by saying I adored all the families and kids I had the pleasure of meeting in my two and a half years there. I was beyond blessed with great kids/families. If my rating was based on that alone I’d give the 5 stars. That being said, management is lacking in a huge way. There is zero communication, it’s very unorganized and rooms are always over ratio in the mornings since staffing is not planned accordingly and teachers are always late and/or calling out. Teachers are not appreciated by management at all, which is sad because they are what keep the place up and running as well as keeping the numerous families happy with the care of their little ones. I always 100% felt appreciated by parents, which I am so thankful for.

This is a fantastic daycare. The space is pristinely clean, brand new, well-thought-out and full of natural light in every classroom. The teachers are excellent -- cheerful, caring, calm and personable. The owner is there every day and her standard of excellent is much higher than what we've seen from other daycares. Meals are included and they are nice and varied food. Not burgers, hot dogs and pizza every day like some other places. There are webcams that you can watch on your phone or computer of the classroom and playground. At the end of each day, you get a report in your email of what and how your kid ate, slept, played, what they learned today. And you get photos a few times a day and included in the report. They are open from 7 am to 6pm, which is what's really needed for most parents who work in boston and have a long commute. There are teachers who are core staff for each classroom, but they also help with coverage in other rooms, so we end up knowing all the teachers and our daughter gets exposure to more personalities and activities that way and more hugs and love! It's great.I've never gone in to any classroom to find kids wondering around like sad abandoned puppies by exhausted-looking teachers who just don't care anymore. That's what we saw at the other most-reputable daycare in framingham. Here, everyone is smiling, kids and teachers, and we really love that.
