Odair has been detailing our cars for a few years now. He always arrives on time, confirms what services we want on our cars, then goes to work. The cars always look exceptional when he is done! A Cautionary Tale: Avoid Unprofessional Businesses Like This One
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this service that I feel compelled to share, in the hope of sparing others from similar frustration. The behavior of the person who booked my appointment and then canceled it at the last minute was nothing short of exceptionally rude and unprofessional.
Here’s what happened: I called the service on the Friday before Labor Day weekend to arrange for an appointment on Monday morning. The person on the other end of the line displayed a noticeable lack of courtesy and English proficiency, which made the entire interaction feel uncomfortable. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they might just be having an off day.
I was proactive in confirming the details. I asked how I could ensure that the team had my address for the appointment, and I was told to send a text message to the same number I had called. I also discussed payment options during this call. Immediately after hanging up, I sent the message with my address, as instructed. I never received a confirmation, which should have been the first red flag that this business lacks a proper communication process.
On Monday, as planned, I prepared for the 8:00 AM appointment by pulling my car out and leaving it in the driveway. By 8:30 AM, no one had arrived. Concerned, I called the same number again. What happened next was baffling—the person on the other end claimed that I had no appointment because I supposedly hadn’t sent them my address. When I offered to send a screenshot of the message I had sent on Friday, they flatly refused to listen and abruptly hung up on me.
This experience clearly demonstrates that this business lacks professionalism, basic customer service skills, and a reliable process. If they can mishandle something as simple as scheduling and confirming an appointment, how can they be trusted with more important tasks?
I strongly urge anyone considering this service to think twice. There are plenty of other businesses out there that value their customers and operate with the professionalism that you deserve. Don’t make the mistake I did—avoid this company and save yourself the headache.

I appreciate your response, but it fails to address any of the specific concerns I raised. Your explanation does not acknowledge the unprofessional conduct I experienced, including the lack of communication, the refusal to acknowledge my confirmed appointment, and the abrupt manner in which your representative handled the situation.
I expect a more thorough response that directly addresses these issues rather than a generic statement that dismisses my experience.
