You would never get the real experience of how a suit should actually fit unless you go to this JOS A BANK in Framingham. Antoninus and Mustofo were excellent. I have an odd body shape and they fit me into a custom suit and it fits beautifully. Thank you Mark and Antonio.

Daniel was excellent! He listened to me, let me try on multiple suits, provided expert recommendations and made me feel confident in my purchase; all while the store was very busy and close to closing. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a suit!!

We came here for 14 total suits for our wedding and we had the store manager Anthony, assist us. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend bringing your business to this store for your wedding needs, as Anthony will take great care of you.

Looking through some reviews, I was very skeptical about visiting this location, but I decided to take a risk and see if the commenters possibly just had bad one-off experiences.
I am glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised, and highly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
On one occasion, a young gentleman whose name I can’t vividly remember, but I think it was Maxwell, greeted us as we walked in and made sure to make the experience absolutely special. We chatted and laughed a lot, so much so that I can easily say it was the highlight of an otherwise stressful week. He was able to find me an almost perfect suit off the rack, which needed only slight alterations. And even though our timeframe was tight, he ensured that it will be completed beforehand, which was exactly the case. Maxwell marked my suit, and called in the tailor for a second set of eyes, just to make sure. I must also add that the tailor, Abdul, is one of the nicest people I have ever met, which made the experience that much more special. I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes, with a big smile and a fabulous mood.
On the second occasion, I came back to pick up the suit, unfortunately Maxwell wasn’t there, but I had just as perfect of an experience with Daniel and Anthony. These two fine gentlemen continued the legacy of my first visit, ensuring that I will definitely come back knowing that the whole staff is highly professional and exceptionally talented.
As another commentator said, best Jos A Bank location. Maybe ever.

I recently had two starkly contrasting experiences at this store, and unfortunately, my latest visit has left a lasting negative impression. Initially, my fiancé and I were assisted by a gentleman who was the epitome of professionalism. He was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful, ensuring that we left with the perfect suit and pants. His attention to detail and courteous demeanor set a high standard for customer service.
However, my experience today (07/21) was entirely different and deeply disappointing. When I went to pick up the clothes, I was attended to by a young man named Matt, whose rude and arrogant behavior was shocking. From the moment I entered, it was clear that his attitude was a stark contrast to the previous gentleman.
When he inquired if I wanted the clothes wrapped, I didn't understand that it was a question, I thought he was saying he was going to wrap it up. (Even because this should be the store's policy, delivering all clothes wrapped so they don't get dirty). And I answered “yes, please”. Instead of clarifying politely, Matt repeated the question in a condescending tone. Worse, he then mocked me loudly to his co-worker, assuming I didn't understand English.
This humiliating encounter has completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my initial visit. Matt's ill-mannered behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply embarrassing. Because of this, I will not be returning to the store, and I would advise others to be cautious of the inconsistent service quality.

I went here to get measured on July 23rd for a suit for my wedding. I made an appointment online and upon arriving I was greeted and treated well, it took about an hour to get my measurements and find a suit that I liked in the correct material and pattern. All was good and I found a few options. Upon receiving a quote, which the manager wrote down on his business card, I informed them that I had another appointment scheduled at another place the same day and I’d like them to hold the items until I had made my decision. The manager shook my hand and told me I was all set and that he’d save my selections for me. After a week of consideration I returned to the store only to be met with a condescending attitude from a different employee who informed me that they had nothing saved for me and they had no notes or anything in my customer profile. He then wanted me to tell him what materials I had selected and wanted to start the whole process over again. I ended up just leaving the store because I couldn’t believe the entire situation and I took my business to the competitor. If you do end up going to this place I hope they can actually save your information and correctly order your suit but based on my experience Id be hesitant. Cheap suits, poor service.

I am getting married and needed to pick out suits for myself and my groomsmen. I was a little weary of some older negative reviews but the new manager Anthony is fantastic and his staff are all professional and knowledgeable. I did a custom suit for myself and Anthony walked through the whole process with me despite the store being very busy at the time (I did make an appointment for this). We then selected corresponding suit separates for the groomsmen and setup a group code so they could go to any location and get exactly what they needed. Anthony remembered my name when I came back in to try on the custom once it came in, and the tailoring process was quick and easy. Had such a great experience overall I ended up going back again to get a new sport coat for the rehearsal dinner and some good guidance on how to complete that look. Highly recommend this location, service and selection are great and I won’t be going anywhere else!
