Overall displeased with this agent and office in Framingham MA. The phone number on the app and website to reach him is not even set up to their office, it brings you to their 800 number and never allows you to leave a message directly at their office to get ahold of Jonathan. I have emailed him in the past multiple times when I needed to switch my plates over and he has never answered any of my emails. I only got what I needed done when I drove myself to his office in person to speak with someone behind a desk , and he was there at this time but he never actually came out to talk to me, I talked to someone else who might have been an assistant or even another agent. I am switching insurances soon and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone getting Allstate in the area. Go to someone else you can actually get ahold of when you need them .

I have had a terrible experience with All-State. I've changed states and made changes to my policy and was told it was canceled and I am still being charged. I tried to call and no one answered any extension/line at either NH or MA branch. I canceled my policy and am still being played with.

Ive had them for years, never had any issues until you try to actually get a hold of anybody. numerous calls, voicemails. NO CALL BACK!!! my insurance expired in dec, yet to renew i couldn't get intouch with anybody....they sent me renewal emails DAILY!!!! HOW CAN I DO WHAT IM SUPOSSED TO DO WITHOUT A REPRESENTATIVE!!!!!! Ill be changing companies this year....they either need to hire someone to actually answer the phone or update tge number they have listed on google and the emails they send out....absolutely a waste of time. Yet my insurance for the year went up about $40 more a month....for the same coverage ?

I have had Dalla Costa as my Allstate rep for a year now and, unfortunately, have never received a call back or an email back from them after leaving various voicemails and emails. I'm not sure why this is-- but I'll be transitioning agencies this year.

I been using Acosta Insurance for about 8-9 years now . For all my businesses and personal . They are family owned so they will definitely treat you like family . They are very busy ( because they are the best) but be patient and you won’t regret. I recommend for you to come in person to get it solved quicker .

When trying to get a CO stamped, me and the dealership each called the insurance agency over 5 times across two days and never reached anyone or received a call back. We also sent e-mails with no response. I've been a customer for over 11 years, but I'm planning on switching agencies or insurance carriers because of the lack of responsiveness and customer service. Stay far away from this place.
