I had a great experience from start to end. I had my services done at the Framingham, MA shop, dropped the car at 8:00 (Tesla windshield replacement ), and by 1:30pm, I got a call it was done. I appreciated their care when I stepped into the office (Shiny and clean ). I was greeted by John, the manager, who answered all my questions. Philibert did a great job, and I got a call when it was all done. I highly recommend Safelife and, specifically, the Framingham shop.

I had a mediocre experience here. I had my back glass replaced because it was leaking and the defrost was not operating properly. The leak was fixed, however my defrost was still not working. After a hour or two of troubleshooting, I found out that the satellite technician never plugged in the other side of the defrost. Disappointing to see, since I paid for the repair and expected it to be done professionally.

Arrived for my initial appointment and was told my windshield was not in stock. Employee at the front desk ordered and booked me for the next day.Dropped my car off and it took approximately an hour. Kevin did a great job! Windshield looks great, and even the exterior windows were all cleaned.Place was not busy for a Thursday afternoon. Plenty of parking out front. Waiting area could be cramped if it was busy, but still has 5 chairs and a coffee machine for customers. Fast and reliable service. Will use this spot again if needed.

Professional and great service here! They have very well communication and always keep me updated for the status. Also recommended shops around the area because it will be a long wait. My windshield is great and it's so clear! Only few dirt spots. Also thank you for putting back my dash cam and ezpass. Amazing!

The store does a very good job and I have had two repairs at this places. I would like to especially thank the person (I guess he is the manager) for being very understanding that when the computer's payment system was experiencing technical difficulty, he let me leave instead of making me wait for a long time. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

John was very pleasant and informative when I brought in my mini van. The rear quarter panel was shattered and they "crash wrapped " the window so I could drive. Nice touch.When I brought it in for the scheduled repair Kevin took care of me and did a great job on the window. My insurance paid for everything. Quick and easy go to Safe Light. Very cool.

Had an apt days in advance, took a while day off of work, when I got there, the person said….” We don't have your windshield in stock.”When the apt was made, the make and model was requested and that still didn't turn on a light bulb in the person’s head.Be sure to call at least twice when you make your appointment to speak with 2 different people so you can confirm you didn't waste a day off to twiddle your thumbs.

Well, I was skeptical at first because I had a feeling about the Framingham location; I wanted Waltham, MA but I live close to Framingham. Not good. The windshield is probably fine but I went in and asked, when it was time to pick up my car, there was a gentleman there resting. So the only question I asked was, "Did you get the lane change unit and front collision attached and calibrated" (they said they would) And the man answered "Yes. everything is all completed." It was dark so coming home I noticed the small black lane Keeping Assist unit was just dangling from it's cord. Not attached to the windshield. Customer service says come back. I think not. Bad work, no follow up. Had to complain to them. They said they were sorry. What a weird world.

Quick, professional and prompt , thought aftermarket on my infiniti would look less, I was wrong , almost better. Both the techs were great to speak with and provided quality installation. Melissa upfront was great in this fast paced world with all the customers !

Amazing customer service in Framingham. 2 wonderful women who were at the counter even wrapped my window for me. In and out!
