Well, I met David first, immediately impressed with his exceptional customer service and therefore comfortable trusting him With my automobile.
While my car was in getting repaired, I had the pleasure of meeting Juan and Michael
Oh my goodness what a team David has, honest knowledgeable, caring respectable.
Hoping Who is ever reading this not only should never lose these Three gentlemen but also I hope you give them a raise to ensure they stay with you these guys this team phenomenal and they are the only ones from now on that I’ll allow to work on my car…. Five stars no 10 stars!!

The service here is like no other, i passed by after work thinking it was going to take forever but the guys here are amazing, i was in and out in no more than 20 minutes. Will and David are very profesional and the quality of work and service was bar none. Thank you guys for your professionalism and keep up the good work.

The most comprehensive oil change I have ever had! There were two young men (I wish I remembered their names) that did my oil change. Not only did they do my oil, they washed every window and wouldn't stop until every smudge was buffed out. They were personable, friendly, and professional. My car had something hanging from underneath. I was just dealing with it - they literally took the piece and lodged it so it wouldn't drag anymore. Couldn't recommend this place to anyone needing a basic oil change.

On November 18, 2023, I took my Cadillac Escalade to Jiffy Lube for a replacement of spark plugs and wires. Manager John White estimated a completion time of 1.5 to 2 hours, but after waiting for 5 hours, they have claimed that the job was finished. Upon driving home, my car experienced severe issues. I have made an appointment to a dealership for a diagnostic. A dealership's diagnostic revealed that Jiffy Lube cross-threaded spark plugs in the cylinder head, requiring a $3,000 repair. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received a clear response from Jiffy Lube regarding payment for the vehicle repair.

THIS PLACE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO PERFORM ANY AUTO SERVICE!I brought my wife’s car for an oil change and everything was fine. Two days later check engine went on. I brought the car to the dealer and they have stated the car was leaking oil, because guys at Jiffy Lube didn’t tighten the oil drain plug.

Great group of guys. I felt right at home with the first person who met me while I was waiting to be let into the bay. Everything was explained thoroughly with no pressure. The manager and technicians even take the time to educate you on what is going on with your car if you want to learn. The site is clean and easy to get in and out of.

Usually the fast oil change is done quickly, but still you would get bombarded with additional things to purchase... This was pleasant and just clear to the point of what needed to be replaced or not. It was as good as it can get for such a mundane thing to take care of!Service: Oil change

Went on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I had a hard stop to leave by, they met all expectations very quickly. Juan and his team great customer service. I’ll be back to this location.

Went in for oil change and see if they do differential/auto trans fluid change service. Happy they do both. Said could do one or both was not pushed to do both. Staff very efficient and professional. Usually go to another shop for these things but they can’t seem to do an oil change without an appointment a few days in advance. Will definitely be back for oil changes etc.Service: Oil change

I am new to the area. So I stopped into Jiffy Lube in Framingham. The service was excellent and they made suggestions about things. I might want to consider which I thought was very efficient.John White was the manager on duty that day. He helped me to find a coupon to use.The waiting area was very clean. Which I always appreciate when I go into any type of service station. I will definitely be back.

This is my second review of Jiffy Lube and I couldn't be happier to report that the service is still the best. Juan was very professional and had the place running smoothly and efficiently. I needed a battery and they brought my car right in and I was out about 20 minutes later. The service was great the price was reasonable. I'm due for an oil change and I know where I'm going.

John white the manager was welcoming and efficient and friendly and skilled . Great experience I was in and out in no time , they werent trying to oversell me at all . I will be returning the next time . I weWent to their competitors and they were always trying to get me to purchase lots of services , very unnecessary . This place was great
