Jacques is a true artist with the manual dexterity of a surgeon! He fixed my grandmother’s ring for a great price and the entire experience took less than a week. He explained the ins and outs of the process and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.

I broke my chain so I googled jewelry repair and found Jaques’. I’m so happy I did! Super friendly and fast service. I was expecting to leave the chain and come pick it up another day but he repaired it for me on the spot! He even took the time to explain to me what type of chain it was and all. While he worked, his lovely wife stayed and provided me with such friendly conversation. I didn’t check out any jewelry because I just needed a quick repair but if I ever do need to I’ll be sure to come back. Thank you so much!

Needed to get my engagement ring sized and wanted to support a local small business. After searching local options on google the reviews seemed promising. I have to say I was beyond happy with the results. They educated and explained the process to me. Spent one on one time with me ensuring the accuracy of the sizing I was requesting. Explaining every step of the way. All work is done in his store by him. No shipping out items and having to wait weeks. I visited the store right before closing on a Friday and first thing Saturday am my ring was ready. When I went to pick up my ring I wasn’t just handed it and sent on my way. I was once again given one on one service to ensure I was happy with my ring. Then through educating me and answering my questions I was able to see amazing hand crafted pieces of Jacques work that are absolutely beautiful. He is VERY talented and well known in the Boston area. His wife is also a certified gemologist. As a couple they are a wealth of experience, knowledge, talent and smiles. They made me feel like I had known them for years. Never rushed or pressured just that they were there for me and happy to help. I could have spent hours in their presence. I will definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs both big and small.

Had such an amazing experience with my (new) fiance' adjusting my engagement ring. They were able to adjust it within 24 hours from when I came in, and it is in top condition. I would recommend this place to anyone! They treat you like you're family!

This jeweler is the best jeweler I've ever been to period from the time of giving them a call to me coming in and handing them my jewelry, they give me an amazing personal 1 on 1 experience. When I got my ring back from being sized it looks like nothing has ever happened to it there was no marks to let you know that they sized it up nothing is absolutely gorgeous. If you need jewelry sized or clean please go to this jeweler they are professional and amazing.

Excellent work and service. We had a few pieces of jewelry appraised and fixed some other pieces. Service and work are top notch. Highly recommend and trust their products and services. It was also great to see Jacques with some Boston Celtic legends in pictures on his walls.

Jacques and his wife Reine are amazing! With their help I was able to design a one-of-a-kind engagement ring, which was beautifully crafted. They were incredibly easy to work with, and from the moment I entered the store I felt confident that I had made the right choice for a jeweler. Jacques designed my parents' engagement and wedding rings 35+ years ago, and the rings are as beautiful and durable as the day they were purchased. My engagement ring has petals that required a custom wedding band. Jacques took the time to listen to our request, taught us more about diamonds and jewelery, and was transparent about the whole process of the actual crafting and labor for our unique piece. It looks gorgeous and I feel like a million bucks just wearing it. You can't get this amount of individualized care and attention anywhere else.

Jacque cares so much about each piece of his jewelry he makes and the story that goes with it! He and his lovely wife treat you like family, listen to what you want, and craft beautiful jewelry. He made my wedding band exactly how I wanted it a few years ago and recently helped me to protect my engagement ring from further damage with a small separator. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will only refer him to all my friends an family. He takes such pride in his work. They are they best!
