Ivan and his team are THE BEST around!!! Top notch customer service they always go above and beyond. I went in to fix my bumper and a scratch - not only did they do an amazing job where my car looks perfect, they also cleaned the inside and outside for me just because!!! They were quick and did an excellent job thank you!!!

Ivan collision in Framingham is the best! i’ve had to use them twice and both times they were excellent. They took care of everything with my insurance company and helped with the car rental. They take your car in and get the work done quickly and it looks fantastic. everyone who works there is very pleasant . Thank you Ivan collision

My brand new car was hit in a parking lot and Ivans was able to take in my car within 3 days of the incident. Everywhere else I called had at least a month wait. I had a road trip coming up and needed the car back within 9 days. The team at Ivans were able to find the damage on the car, order the new parts, install them and paint the car all while working with my insurance company inside 9 days! So I left for my road trip on time! Not only that but I was insanely annoying to these people. I called almost every day to ask what the status was on my car and Mike was kind every single time. He would calmly tell me what had happened since the last time we spoke, what the next step would be, and when he thought I would be able to pick up my repaired car. He was a pleasure to work with.It should really go without saying but my car looks identical to the day I bought it. They completely fixed everything. This shop has real customer service, really fixes your car, and they even detail your car afterwards. 11/10 would recommend

Ivan’s collision is a top notch collision center. They replaced a dented front bumper and more damage that I didn’t know existed. It now looks beautiful and like a brand new truck. They kept me updated along the way and we’re done sooner than the estimate. I highly recommend Ivan’s to everyone. I’d give them more than 5 stars if possible. I’ll definitely be back for more work. First-class service from the first moment. They solved everything with a lot of speed and disposition. Result of the car grade 10, they gave me the car before the scheduled date, polite and very efficient secretariat. I highly recommend it.

This place is THE only place to go when you have any car issues. I was soooo luck to find it. Not only they fix my dent like a charm, they washed my car inside out and it smelled like brand new!Oh, and all this, one day earlier than initially agreed. I highly recommend them! If you have to have an accident, this is the best place to get your car fixed. Everything was seamless. They let me know exactly what was happening with my car.
