“I have to comment on my recent experience concerning Charles River Insurance in Framingham, Mass. They manage my home owner and vehicle insurance. During a January storm, a neighbor's large white pine tree fell on my property and landed directly on top of our backyard. It created damage to many things but in particular our pool fence, safety cover, and coping, tile, and plaster. I'll spare you all the details but it was a very detailed and complex issue concerning responsibility and insurance coverage. I entered into this transaction assuming it would be a nightmare and leave me with uncovered expenses. My agent, Charles River Insurance was fantastic. I dealt with Kate and the whole process and end result could not have gone smoother. It you're looking for great insurance representation, Charles River Insurance is for you. Professional and very very helpful. They get all stars in my book!!!”
