Whoever just took ownership of this company should be ashamed . Wasted 3 days of my time and couldn't even sell the car to me. False promises, no communication and drop the ball every step of the way . This will go down as worst buying experience. They don't care about your time as a person. Very sad way to do business

My husband and I went into the showroom to buy a car. We were not greeted at all. We were left standing there without one person saying a word to us. Awful run business. I'll go but else where.

Horrible Customer and Car Service. Steer clear of this dealership.I took my Palisade in for a recall fix (wind sound in the windows), which I wasn't experiencing, but thought I should still have addressed.After Herb Connolly service apparently addressed the recall, I experienced wind noise in my windows for the first time!!They assured me they would fix the problem, all I had to do was take my car in again. So, again, I cleared my morning to take my car in, left it there, arranged for a drive to my office, only to have them notify me that they didn't order the kit required to fix the problem, and that I would have to take it in a THIRD time.Finally, I took my car in to ANOTHER Hyundai dealership in the same area, and they fixed my problem with one easy visit.Herb Connolly Hyundai is unprofessional, and the employees have complete disregard for providing a good customer service experience.

Awful customer service. 2 times we had a critical need for a repair of our Hyundai, and both times they said "booking 4-6 weeks out", which is basically f.u. we don't want your business. Never had a problem booking for our Acura. Seems Hyundai can't support their fleet in the area, so given that and the reviews, will be buying another brand for our new car (will need in 6 months).

Very responsive but evidently not for new customers. Have an engine light issue along with time for routine 45k service. They can get me in before a dealer I have used since moving to MA in 2020. Sweet! Two hours later I get a call, email, and text cancelling my appointment as they are not accepting new customers. Nice to know and filled away in my memory for next year when I buy a new vehicle. Don't have time for new customers now I will just never be a customer.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience here. Despite an online appointment for test drive, we were told the car was unavailable upon reaching the dealership. Wonder why we got an automated reminder when they had sent out the car to another person's home! The salesperson (Peter) was curt and discourteous offering no alternative solution. An existing model was told to be off limits for test drive even though they showed it to another customer in front of us. We were told to come back in 2 hours to my disbelief! Absolutely unpleasant experience that left us feeling terrible, not just about the specific dealership but also the brand in general.

Was trying to sell my car privately, when they reached out saying how interested they were in buying my vehicle at my set price. I was extremely thorough on my private listing about the current state of the vehicle.I told them I was an hour away and not to waste my time, but I get there and they tell me they don't even want the car because of a scratch on the car which was explicitly outlined and received its own close-up photo on my listing.Bunch of idiots. Not surprised. Reading reviews below I'm not the first person this happened to either. BEWARE

First let me say that I have bought three cars myself, and my family has bought seven cars here over the past 15 years.Every time I come in, I have a new salesman, and he is usually all excited to help, but powerless and clueless.The latest experience went like this:I've been looking for a certain model of 22 palisade, the SEL premium with bench seating.The Internet says they have it in silver today.I go onto the website have a digital interaction with somebody presumably in the Internet department.I told them what I want, they say will have someone get back to you on availability, nobody does.I decide to wash my trade, and swing by, hoping that they are just the same old morons, and not devious.When I get there, I have to give my license, wait five minutes, wait another two minutes, finally I am told that the car is sold.But they are getting another one in in about a month, that is understandable.Then they tell me the price is $5000 more than I was told earlier today.Then I walk out. Doug Connolly is a piece of shit, there's just no two ways about it.He is all about the money, and not about people. This is why they have two stars, hopefully less after today.I would treat pigs at a farm with high regard, but these guys, much lower.

Do not waste your time or money at this stealership. Steve Sexton, a sales manager, quoted me a price in writing on a Santa Fe, but when it came time to buy he increased the price by $3,000 over what his initial written quote was.
