This place in ****** they dont know how to treat a client at all , theyre worse on customer services. Theyre disrespectful theyre dont care about any customer services. A long time ago I went to that store and I ask an advise about the best paint to use in a certain cabinet type product he simply said use this paint PPG I spend almost $300 on that paint.When I use that paint to give spraying look what happened? A lots of running , the paint didnt stick nowhere and was taking a lot a time to dry. I came back to store and I ask him hey what should be do with this paint? He said what do you mean? I said I have no use on this paint anymore , could you refund or give me something better? He said I cant refund I can give you this paint but you will have to pay, Pay? Unbelievable he ask me this. However, 2 years after this happened again I had to ask my guy to match a solid color for trash hold and guy work there ask for 2 hours to have that ready . I went to pick up and he simply showed a semi transparent water base stain , ridiculous, my guy ask solid and I told them and theyre continue to say that my guy said stain water base , in fact could be anything but had to be solid not semitransparent!They just ignored said that my guy was wrong and when my guy called them back to talk to the manager he simply said dont come to this store anymore I dont want your business to buy from us, what an idiot rude disrespectful this is how we run the business specially when the sample cost only $8 box . Unbelievable thats all I gotta say!!!!Thanks

I've have had some not so fun conversations with the manager where he "mansplaned" at me about paint, most recently about the difference between blue and grey. I wish I didn't love Benjamin Moore paint because the people who run this store are the worst.

Worst customer service ever! It took over 4 months to get my shades/blinds and shutters installed and I spent close to $3,500 on the order! I placed my order in August and had to continue to call for updates on delivery and installation. I knew it would be close to 8 weeks due to the shutter order but I called after the 8 week estimate and Debbie in the décor department never placed the order for my blinds! I frequent the Peabody location and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Scott helped me lighten a color and made sure I was 100% happy with the outcome and even carried the paint to my car for me! The customer service here is untouchable!!
