We had a weird electrical situation where our vehicle thought it was on, but it wasn’t. Vehicle said it was running, but the engine was not on and could not move it out of park. Jeep roadside was not helpful and said it would be 2hrs. Henry’s came out in less than 15 min to tow us, but after explaining what was happening they had some knowledge and experience with the issue and they were able to get the vehicle to actually start and we didn’t have to get towed. The guys were super polite and helpful. I definitely would recommend.

One of the worst customer service place. Person in the office let me wait until he was done with his business on the phone mean while there were two other people who was willing to help but the person on the phone had me wait instead. He even request me to pay exact amount in cash, in order to receive my car back. He also stated, he was going to leave early today at 5:30pm even though, according to him, business hour was until 6pm and 24/7 on their website.
