Dan is the man! If you got any questions or trouble with your stuff and need to go to GameStop Dan is super helpful. Of course he's just a retail employee so chill out but let me tell you. My Switch OLED was busted I had a warranty I was ping pong around each location from Natick Mall even a man named "Manny" was useless and rude! Dude didn't wanna help me at all can tell he hated his job and also kinda had B.O. but anyways I went to this location and Dan helped me super quick and explained things as he was doing them. Dan you helped out a man who was going through a lot in life and just made his day so much better thank you!

Manager makes up rules on the fly and will only talk Spanish if you are a good looking female. Made my girlfriend uncomfortable with weird comments. He didn't know she spoke Spanish. All the other employees were nice and knew their products but seemed stressed about him being around.

Dudes said assassins creed Valhalla was there got there in under 30 min upon arrival I came right before they closed \\u0026 said they sold it then told me they were closed even tho they were open. This gamestop is lame \\u0026 wasn't helpful at all

It's a Gamestop. If you want to find used games they have them for today's gen. systems, but you are better off buying them new or online. You'll likely pay very close to full price for used, which is one of the two revenue streams they have (second is the member card).If you have a "wishlist" option for your playform, wait until a game goes on sale during a holiday.

The store manager from store 078 Paul (642028) was very unhelpful, after waiting outside the store for 1 hour in the rain and then 2 more hours in store due to system being slow to update left empty handed. Totally unprofessional leadership and promised 4 people in line that they were ok to purchase merchandise, thus why ppl waited, but after system that was down went up they uncaringly said everything was sold out and they just received an email about it. Wasted half our day there due to them and left with nothing after 3 hours of empty promises. Totally clueless manager who left many ppl out in the rain instead of notifying them early on about the limited stock. \u003e_\u003e

Game stop never has the games that they put out on the shelf... this is the third one I went to and they didn't have any of the games we were looking for. We then found a ds game we were going to get and the cashier couldn't find the keys it was just a mess. They need to hire better staff and actually make sure the cases on the shelves have games or remove them... they are always standing around not sure why that can't be done. This seems to be a going theme for game stops ... very upset with the trip here.... we drove far to get to it as well for nothing... get it together!

My recent visit was the worst experience ive ever had, not only did the "manager" make fun of me and one of my family members, it continued until I was going to leave. They only back down after they were called out, all because we often visit the store, but because of the lack of products, thats the reasoning of the foolish act. This is not how you treat customers, fix your staff, because there was no excuse for this.

Young gentleman running the show was very knowledgeable, friendly and just so helpful. I was clueless about what my grandson wanted for his birthday (hadn't ever heard of it) he walked us through it and I couldn't be happier.

Stand in line for 4 hours for ps5, then they said sold out. Inside the store was 10 people, but on the front door sign SAD 5 people max capacity!!! THIS IS DURING COVID VIRUS!!! Can you believe this. Why can they do something about!!!! I’m going to call STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Maybe they shut them down!!!
