Everything about my experience with All American Self Storage Framingham has been top rate. Carolyn is incredibly friendly, competent, and easy to work with; she took all of the stress out of the move-in process, and has now done the same as we approach our move out. Facility is clean, well-lit, and easy to access. The best.

I will never go back to this storage , even if it’s the only storage on the planet . Their staff is not properly trained , misleading advertisement, Termination Policy is unclear. I am contacting senior management for clarify and explanation. *REACHED OUT senior management more than 10 days ago on January 3, 2024 left my phone number and the reason of my call ,- received no follow up. No phone call , nothing. Absolutely bad management .

This place is awesome. Well organized and clean. Office manager was very helpful and specific on what we were getting and how it worked and how billing was handled and when. She gave us several options on sizes and showed us the differences. We never have problems getting our massive amounts of stuff to the second floor. We love the security and controlled climate. Would recommend certainly.

I want to take this time to thank the staff and Jerry especially for putting up with my headache for being late payment I don't mean to be late but that's the way I pay at the end of the month ... so thank you for putting up with my b******* and being late in for being nice to me and having a smile on your face all the time even though you know I'm late I don't mean to give you a headache but that's just the way my bills fall at the end of the month I've been a member here for years I want to appreciate you guys for putting up with my delinquent payments once again thank you for your help me out and being so nice to me even though it's my fault for being late appreciate that hope you have a great day once again sorry for the inconvenience
