I worked with FCC for both my beach house and home in Wellesley. Samples were ordered very quickly and the install went perfectly. So thrilled with my choices. Love the Stanton and Kaleen lines. Heading back for my dining room carpet soon!

I worked with Katie at Framingham Carpet Center. She was incredibly knowledgeable about her products and helped guide me to things that fit all of my needs including a fast timeline. From first conversation to installation, the whole process took about 3 weeks!
The installation crew was clean, efficient and did a great job - I am in love with my new carpet! I couldn't recommend them more!

My partner and I recently decided to replace some very old carpet in our living room and hallway. We live quite close to the Framingham Carpet Center so it was the first place we visited. We absolutely loved the place from the moment we walked in :)Over the course of the past 6 weeks we worked with Katie and her team to come up with a plan to lay Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in the hallway and some of the softest and most comfortable wall to wall carpet in the living room.All the staff were very easy to work with and helped us each and every step of the way. We wanted the project to come out just right and as such made many trips to their showroom to take home various samples to test in our space. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and felt like we were part of the Framingham Carpet Center family the entire time.The install crew was prompt, courteous and clean. We could not be happier with the results and the process!

My experience with Katie was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and patient. She helped us to decide on grade of carpet and color. She called us immediately when the carpet came in and we scheduled the work.The Installers were amazing. Very hard working and cleaned up well when they competed the job. I would absolutely go back there and also refer others to goTo Framingham Carpet!

Framingham Carpet Center did an unbelievable job installing a stair runner and custom rug for my home office. Katie was so knowledgeable about the lines they carry, and the timeline from order to installation was within a matter of weeks! I am thrilled with the results!

I would absolutely 100% recommend Framingham Carpet to anyone needing to add or redo carpeting. Carol was such a pleasure to work with and was very easy to communicate with. Chuck was knowledgeable and came to the house to show us different types of carpet and a fair estimate! The carpet installers were respectful and timely! We had our master bedroom and the entire upstairs and stairs carpeted and they were in and out in three days total! We couldn't be happier with the carpets!

Carol was extremely nice and helpful with the selections & pricing was great. The installer was prompt and did a good job laying out the carpet. The result was beautiful and it really transformed our room. We will definitely return for our next flooring project.

I called to request inspection of the runner on my staircase, as a tenant was complaining about slipping. Chuck (the owner) scheduled a home visit within 2 days, and then provided suggestions and resolutions. He was extremely responsive, and I appreciated his honest feedback (even though his suggestions did not include selling us anything.) Whenever I have flooring needs in the future, I will be sure to use Framingham Carpeting Center.
