I’ve been a loyal client of Framingham Animal Hospital since 2010, starting with my previous dog, who has since passed away. The care they provided during his later years was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure his comfort.
Last Friday, I brought my large Labradoodle, Chloe, who is a bit of an extreme scaredy-cat, in for her routine check-up. I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was with Dr. Levenson and vet tech Nat. They were patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make Chloe feel comfortable, which is no easy task.
Additionally, Chloe needed allergy medication, and Dr. Levenson thoroughly explained all the options available. Together, we decided on the best treatment plan, and since then, my wife and I have finally been able to sleep through the night—no more scratching or licking from our girl!
When I got home, I couldn’t stop telling my wife how impressed I was with the care Chloe received. Both Dr. Levenson and Nat made me feel at ease, and more importantly, Chloe felt at ease too. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to let others know how wonderful Framingham Animal Hospital truly is.

What a breath of fresh air! I've had dogs for over 20 years. Pet care feels like yet another industry that has increased dramatically in price, and decreased in quality. Framingham Animal Hospital is like finding a hidden gem and going back in time. They understand how much my pups mean to me. Even though they're busy, the entire staff is always knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring. They take the time to answer your questions and listen to your concerns. It takes me almost an hour to get here (depending on traffic), and they're absolutely worth the extra distance.

I just got 2 new kittens- unfortunately one has an eye infection. Because we are not clients (remember these are new kittens) I was told same day appointments are reserved for exiting clients. Was also told I could "fill in a form and they would see if they could make an appointment soon. Really? An eye infection? Wow. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I am very glad I changed vets. This entire team is compassionate, super friendly and helpful. They have more than once helped me out to my car with my animal (I have both cats and dogs). They lose a star because they are incredibly busy and sometimes you have to wait a bit and the waiting room can get crowded. But I can't say enough good things about ALL the staff. I recently lost my 19 y.o. cat and they sent 3 sympathy cards. One from each of the vets she saw and one from the staff. Who does that now adays? These wonderful people do. If you can, bring your pet to them!!

I'm not sure how to start writing this review, because for 28 years, Dr. Rabaut, Dr. C. Dr. Y, Dr. Tichy and others have been taking care of my furbabies, and, as I'm reading some of the negative comments and reviews on here, I cannot agree with any of them! Just yesterday (June 3rd 2024) I brought my kitty Cali in, and saw Dr. C, and Dr. C took my worries away, and she's so compassionate, one of my two favorite vets (the other one is the "other Dr. Rabaut"). I feel extremely comfortable with Framingham Animal Hospital, even though it's maybe a bit more expensive than I would like, but I guess everything is "more expensive than we would like", right? All in all, though, a grade of "A+++++++++" from both Cali and her Mommy for Framingham Animal Hospital!

Fantastic vet service! Dr Ellen Brady examined our dog. She was very thorough and provided great advice for treatment. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.

If I could give no stars I would!
We brought our dog there multiple times over the last year because her energy level was very low and she wasn't eating much and we were continuously told she had a stomach bug. Sadly, we had to put her down Monday because she had Stage 5 Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. Had Framingham Animal Hospital actually done their job, the probability of us having to kill our dog would have been 0.
I will be reporting them to the board of veterinarians and telling everyone I see in the town of Sudbury about what happened in hopes I can prevent another family from having to kill their pet because this place cares more about money than it does about pets.
In response to the vet, just because my name is not on our dog's file, doesn't mean anything. What can me calling you possible do; my dog is already dead due to negligence!
And I said we brought her there multiple times over the last year, once was in January 2024 & another in February 2024, neither time was blood even taken.
