David always has a shoe, sneaker, sandal, or boot to fit my very wide feet. If the color isn’t in stock, he’s willing to order it. Always one on one attention. It’s the only place I can find stylish shoes to fit my feet. I don’t know what I would do without the Forgotten Foot.

I am so happy to have found this store! My feet are not average and I have a terrible time finding shoes. David, the owner, was incredibly patient and creative with options to help me find what I needed. Highly recommend if you have wide feet.

OK, let me start by saying if you ned extra wide shoes you will find them here. If, you are looking for kind service forget it. I took my 90 year old Mom here. The service was deplorable. The man working there was rude and refused to let my Mom try on tie on shoes, as she requested. I asked to measure her foot , he sighed and said "Stand up and put your foot here." He did not adjust the foot measuring devise to measure the width of her foot as, a true professional would. No pleasantries or small talk. How any person can be rude to the elderly is beyond me. This man was too old to behave in this manner. Classless and undignified. I would not recommend this store anyone, unless you are in desparate need of XX WIDE shoes, in that case put on your big girl pants and be prepared for the rude, lazy salesboy.

My 86 year old mom was able to find the perfect pair of shoes with the sales person's help. She was very pleased with the selection of orthopedic shoes!

They only carry wide women shoes. Seemed like a nice place if that is your problem. Wish this info was easier to find so wanted to make sure to note for future visitors.

I stopped there yesterday for the first time in years. I need shoes for my sons wedding next week! The man working there seemed to be bothered that I was there. He was very rude and basically told me he had nothing! I was very disappointed!

I am so happy I found the forgotten foot.! After a lifetime of not being able to find comfortable shoes It was so great to find Joe who took his time to help me find the right ones he is patient and takes time with you, There is a good assortment of different shoes as well Went in with the intent to buy one pair and bought three! I recommend this store for anyone that has a hard time finding good quality shoes!

i was in framingham mass. last week. my nephew took me to the forgotten foot shoe store. i bought 3 pair of boots. very happy with them. i have a wide foot and bunions. anytime i buy shoes they feel good for about an hour and before you know it my feet are screaming to get out of them. not this time. david found me the right fit. very stylish also. i am on my feet 8 hours a day. i am very pleased and would definatly recommened you go to the FORGOTTEN FOOT.

Great hidden gem of a specialty shoes store for wide width feet. Got 3 pairs. This was exceptionally good. Would highly recommended to anyone who has experience with this issue.

I live over an hour away from The Forgotten Foot and will no longer purchase shoes anywhere else. The service was terrific, the owner knows his stuff and I now have 4 pair of comfortable shoes that actually fit well. I went from wearing an 8 W (when I could get them) to a 7 double wide and what a difference. They have all kinds of shoes, flats, heals, sneakers, dressy, etc. Can't wait to go back!

Visited The Forgotten Foot for the first time today and I'm telling you, it won't be the last time. I have a wide foot and have forever struggled with getting shoes to sit properly, look good and be comfortable. The owner is helpful and knows his stuff!! I walked out with three pairs of shoes and am so happy with the fit of all of them. They have a great variety of dress shoes, sandals, sneakers, walking shoes.
