My car broke down today along Route 128 in Needham. I called AAA, and they were there with a flatbed tow truck within 15 mins!
Before Jorge from Exceptional Auto Body arrived, I called Kenny at Hingham Auto Repair, who said to bring the car & he will fix it today!
Great conversation with Jorge from Needham to Hingham - weather, traffic, housing, and eventually politics. He was as nice, professional, affable, and smart. It was a great conversation.
We arrived at Hingham Auto Repair, and Jorge literally unloaded the car into a work bay! The diagnosis is a new alternator, which will be installed by the eob. [See pictures]

This morning my 80 year old mother received a call from someone named Kristin about an unpaid bill for a new battery through her AAA membership. It was a misunderstanding with her credit card which had been canceled due to suspicious activity. She was so rude and awful and talked to my mom like she was a criminal. She felt threatened and was shaking and in tears after the call. I wish I had been there to intervene. There’s just no call for anyone to be treated like this and we’ll be reporting this experience to AAA so they know that this is who is representing them.

Exceptional service in all senses of the word. My 1972 Chevelle broke down on me on my ride home last Tuesday evening. Called AAA for assistance and they sent over Enoque G "Al". There is nothing worse than having car troubles on a busy windy road later in the evening. Al not only arrived within 45 minutes of my request for help (if not less), but he also knew exactly where I was with the description I gave him. He arrived with a smile on his face, positive energy and a kind thoughtful attitude. Being a women and needing assistance in this crazy world can be scary and unsettling (especially at night). Al's professionalism certainly met the "Exceptional" bar and went beyond. He had the car up and strapped down in no time flat. He took extreme care when it came to driving across town the get the car home. He drove like the car was his own with the upmost precaution avoiding all potholes, sewer covers or anything that might make it jockey around or shift. I will absolutely use Exceptional again and be requesting "Al" if he is available should I need assistance again.

I don’t often post reviews but Julio is definitely worth one after his efforts and excellence today. On an AAA call, morning commute, Julio responded within the hour with everything needed for this call. I told the operator I needed boards for a low car & ball joint failure. The car was blocking an entrance to a business in an awkward spot, Julio still got to it. He also took VERY good care of my car and didn’t damage ANYTHING going up, which is rare in the case of ball joint failure. He took the car home while I worked and went down the exact same way. We need more of Julio’s on our streets.

I'm working on a 22 highlander that you repaired, only know because all the delivery stickers are on every part still. Did you know if you actually pulled the frame you wouldn't have to have reamed the holes? Frame is buckled and rusted. Definitely not from this little parting lot bump.

I had a tow truck driver from this company almost bump/scrape the back of my car when I was waiting for kids to cross the sidewalk where I was taking a turn. The lane turned from one into two, but there were cars in front of me waiting at a busy rotary/intersection. If he had bumped my car I was headed in the direction of the kids and the car parked on the street.
I wouldn’t recommend having a car towed by a company with a driver that is unaware of their surroundings and unwilling to slow down for kids.

Cameron A is easily the worst person I’ve ever had to do business with. Extremely lazy, rude and arrogant. He was pissed to even be there I swear to you!!!
He broke something and then tried to make it seem like it was already broken before he made an attempt… like sir if you do not like your job… GET A NEW ONE! Thank God for (I want to his name was Luis).. he wasn’t happy that he had to be there since it was the end of his shift but he was able to get my tire off using the tools even though CAMERON said nothing can be done and LEFT….. all for Luis to show up and GET IT DONE

Good service. The repairs are always done really good. I just feel like they take to long sometimes. There is a lack of communication sometimes but overall the staff are great and very respectful.

Unfortunately I had to have my car towed twice (to my mechanic and then to the dealer) and Exceptional showed up both times. Luis was polite and was able to look at my engine and confirmed that the repair was not as disastrous as I thought it might be (and his diagnosis was 100% correct!). Marco towed me the second time and also was very pleasant and holy moly his truck was impeccably clean!! Plus both showed up timely!! Very pleased.

I was in an accident and my truck was towed to Exceptional Auto body. Shortly after the accident I was called by the owner and he checked on my wellbeing and wanted to insure I had transportation. He and his team were very helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend Exceptional Auto Body to anyone looking for a professional company to work with.

When I went to get more information about my car that was towed the night before for a flat tire,the front seat lady was very unprofessional and extremely rude.but the tow guy was very pleasant to work with E.
