We showed up about 30 mins before they closed. There had to have been a minimum of at least 6 people who worked there in the lot. We were wandering around and looking at all the cars, even the ones down the creepy stone stairs for at least 20 mins. Not one person asked us if we needed help.
Apparently, they did not want our sale

In my opinion, you should stay away from this dealership. They engage in shady paperwork and arbitration practices. About a year ago, I purchased a 2015 BMW X5. A few weeks later, I brought the car back due to vibrations and issues with the transmission. They claimed it was normal.
A few weeks after the warranty expired, I took my car to BMW of Shrewsbury for the same worsening issue. It turned out I needed a new transfer case, costing $7,500, along with front-end suspension repairs totaling $4,500. According to European Engineering Technician, the car had no problems when sold to me.
My car came with tinted windows and a state inspection. When the inspection expired, I took it to a station, and it failed due to illegal window tint. I believe the dealership paid someone to pass the inspection before selling me the car. I had to pay $400 to have the illegal tint removed to pass state inspection.
Not a single complaint was addressed by the used car dealer.

This is a review of my experience buying a used 2019 Volkswagen from EE at the end of May 2024. My rating is mostly based on the post sales experience.
- I was initially told the tires were brand new, they clearly weren't (worn down to the wear bars) and I was given a $500 credit for new ones which didn't cover half of the cost of new tires. (Maybe this is on me not knowing how much new tires cost, but they certainly do)
- The car didn't pass inspection the first time because the computer had reset because the battery died some time before I bought it. This car had to have been jumped at some point. The battery needed to be replaced.
- The day after I bought the car I found that water was leaking into the car after a rainstorm. I let the sales person know the next day. The sales person referred me to their service department.
- I brought the vehicle to the dealer to see if the leak was covered under warranty (it wasn't). The dealer gave me a copy of the presales inspection the dealer had performed days before it was sold to EE. This is where things get really interesting. The report documented the worn tires, the dead battery, and a whole bunch of suspension work that is needed because a prior owner installed aftermarket suspension parts that lowered the car and were now damaged. To me that's a pretty big modification that should have been disclosed and the damage should have been caught by their mechanics. The dealer also noticed the blind spot monitoring and backup sensor system wasn't working because the vehicle was damaged where the sensor is and insufficiently repaired. The damage is noticeable if a trained eye points it out, a trained eye I expected EE to have.
I brought this information (along with the $4+k quote to fix it all) to the sales agent and was again referred to the service desk. This to me is the crux of the issue. Customer experience alarm bells should have been set off when the car failed inspection, they should have been set off when I told them the car was leaking water, they should have been set off when I told them of the repairs needed. Instead I got referred to the service department and when I did get a hold of them they tried to explain that aftermarket suspensions don't cause damage or something? During the call I was put on hold which never ended. I called back later that day and left a VM which was never returned. I emailed the sales person and they explained they got a new phone system and I should try again...
I'm taking this one on the chin because EE has made it clear how this works. They sell cars they don't know anything about (at best) or cars they know have known issues (at worst) and then give customers the run around after the sale is made. Maybe I'm the customer that slipped through the cracks but I'd highly highly recommend having your own mechanic inspect the vehicle, not to trust anything EE says about the vehicle and set your expectations very very low for post sales support. Basically treat it like a private sale because that's how they'll treat you.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used BMW with the assistance of Kyle, and I can't sing his praises enough! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Kyle's professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident.
First and foremost, Kyle took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a car and my budget constraints. He didn't just try to sell me any vehicle; he genuinely listened to my needs and preferences. Kyle's knowledge of the BMW lineup was impressive, and he helped me narrow down my options to find the perfect match for me.
When it came to financing, Kyle was a lifesaver. He walked me through the different loan options available and helped me select the one that best suited my financial situation. He made what could have been a daunting process incredibly straightforward and stress-free.
What truly sets Kyle apart is his commitment to his customers. He was there for me every step of the way, from the initial test drive to the moment I drove off the lot in my new-to-me BMW. Kyle's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that the entire purchasing process went smoothly.
I highly recommend anyone in the market for a pre-owned BMW to seek out Kyle. His expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer service make him stand out in the industry. If I ever find myself in need of another vehicle, Kyle will be the first person I call. Thank you, Kyle, for making my car-buying experience such a breeze!

Buying my Porsche Boxster at European Engineering was a very positive experience. My salesperson, Kyle, was personable and efficient as well as totally transparent on the sale. I had a few issues with the car after I brought it home. These were readily and fully repaired in their in house service shop. Communication was excellent. Sales and after sales service teams really went the extra mile to achieve my complete satisfaction.
