I went for a standard bikini wax in Framingham. The process seemed fairly uneventful but with some real discomfort. The wax seemed very hot at the time. I immediately noticed the area was VERY red; more than the norm. By the time I got home it was clear I had been burned by the wax. That night i put a cool compress on to soothe it. The next I had more of a burn reaction, the next day the skin began to peel. I had discoloration and discomfort for over 2 weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!

Albertine is amazing! I've been going to her for eyebrows for years and have always been happy with the way she's shaped and maintained my brows. I've also been for facials that have been amazing!!

Had my first facial ever today by Julia and it was amazing! The massage techniques she used were so relaxing & my skin has never felt so soft. I can’t wait to return!

Went in for the IPL treatment on a dark spot. I had read about the procedure and thought I knew what to expect. However be warned that the treatment here at EG borders on a scam. The light was set at such a low setting (for safety!) that my skin had no reaction at all. So now I'm told I'll need multiple treatments, each at full cost, which was not the story I was told initially, nor what the handout told me to expect. Very disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience today at EG Framingham. As a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist, my expectations are high. I had a luxury back treatment with the Aesthetician, Lucie. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She has the most soothing touch, amazing personality, and wonderful healing hands. I can't say enough good things about her. Definitely going back. Her experience shows. Book with her! I guarantee you that you will be as impressed as I am. Not only did it feel amazing, but my skin is so soft and my muscles in my back are relaxed! BRAVO LUCIE!

I like Elizabeth Grady in Framingham and have been going there for quite some time...so that is why they get the three stars...however, my latest visit was a one star experience. The air conditioning went out on Friday and my appointment was the following week. This was during a major heat wave at the time. They said corporate was closed on the weekend so the earliest the could come out was the beginning of the week and they came on Monday and found they needed a part. Are you kidding me there is no 24 hour service the salon can be authorized to call? I understand that things happen but how about calling and rescheduling versus having clients come in, find the receptionist and aesthetician exhausted from the heat and give a treatment in a room that has a fan blowing around hot air. It was actually cooler outside than it was inside the salon. I paid full price even though everyone knew the experience wasn't even close to relaxing. My bad for sticking around and I will think twice about going back. I tried to reach out to the manager but that seems to be hard to do. So, I put my review here. The manager needs to do a much better job of client relations. Heads up manager....even a follow up phone call would have been nice.

Lucy is the absolute most talented at eyebrow waxing and facials!!! My eyebrows look so perfect everytime I leave my apt! Definetly recommend her!!!!!

AbsoluI stopped by here because I heard great things about this location and their services. Upon entering, the girl at the desk shot me a dirty look before rudely asking what I came in for. I began asking about facials, add ons, etc and had to stop mid conversation and literally walk out. This girl Rachel was SO RUDE and unwelcoming that I couldn't even consider giving them my business. I left the salon frustrated and sure that I'd never return. Before I made it to my car, I saw a woman entering and said "good luck with the manager there" and she responded with "oh she's the worst part, I keep coming for the rest of the staff!" Needless to say, a little smile and customer service goes a LONG way, Rachel, and I will not be back.
