I love this place. The level of professionalism in this place is supper elevated. The customer service is out of this world. The team is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, skilled, and all of the above. Also the owner is very friendly, always acknowledges the customers. I am so so impress, let me tell you!! I had a rental car arranged already for me by the time I got to the shop. When I pick up my car, I was in love with it again. Such great body work, and my car was detail to the T, engine bay supper clean, I mean, I just love them. JUNIA!!!!, FLAViA and RENATO are the dynamic trio. They were amazing, so professional. They show me the respect and attention that every costumer deserves. Thank you so so much Drumond auto body. I will be returning for any future work necessary.

We had a tree fall on our Chevy Traverse during a storm and Drumond made it look like brand new! Pretty incredible given the damage the car had. They also worked with Allstate to get it resolved. 10/10 would use again.

They did pretty good looking work on my Lexus if you look at it from far. But if you look closely, it hasn't been restored to how it was before the accident. The trunk creaks when you close it, there's plastic that's been cracked under the lights hidden behind a panel, and the button on the back of the car is not how it was before, it's very loose and feels like it's missing a washer or some kind of rubber piece. Overall surprised by how the other reviews were how my car turned out.
