I don't recommend contacting this bank to refinance a truck for business, it was necessary to refinance $56K, they asked me and my colleague for a bunch of documents, they made a lot of requests for credit karma, they took a week to decide and refused. They checked the company and said that the company was 3 years old, not yet stable, for refinancing. A week later I went to Toyota Finance and they approved a loan for a new truck for $114K at 7.65%. So I definitely don't recommend contacting this bank for business.

It's really madness when you can't reach the branch by phone because some issues are not just troubleshooting on a PC that DCU does centralize all calls instead of giving autonomy to branches to speak with clients. Zero stars if it were possible.

This is one of the best Digital Federal Union (DCU) stores.It is strategically located at 60 Worcester Road, Framingham.The staff are very professional and knowledgeable in the services they provide.I love this DCU cos the turn-around time is very good. You get to spend a very short time whenever you go there for any transaction.Time is money and you guys really value time. ??

My wife and I have been a customer for 8+ years and never have we encountered what we did today with a branch manager. We are very close to a closing date on a home and deposited a check to have available. Branch manager gave us his word we would have our funds available before the date so we trusted his word on it. Few moments after we noticed the date on the release would be 4 days after the date we needed it and called customer service to see if there was an error or it can be fixed. They reached out to the branch manager and he refused to override it even after giving us his word. This is the worst experience by a long shot. I had to pick up the check and cash it in citizens bank just to make sure it was good for the date I needed it. I am strongly considering changing banks to another company. This is the last draw for us.

This is the worst place to do anything! They reject small check of a million dollar company just because I said I am not member! More than 30 mints that they make me wait to just decide to do not cash the check… i have access to the account, have good amount there, and they just deced to do not cash it for me, after more than 30 mints waiting there… this is unbelievable! And I do have my account there, i am a member of DCU, and thats why I dont want to be DCU client more… they dont respect people, actually, they don’t like people, because you should respect if you like

Customer service is horrible. Got a spoof call trying to steal my acct info, so I called every available number to alert the bank so they can inform other clients (especially their clients most susceptible to these scams) and they couldn’t bother to ring me, or have an emergency line. They should have a dedicated fraud line that doesn’t require a long wait. They should immediately notify clients of impending scams. You pick a small credit union for the local, personable customer service, and when a company lacks even that, there isn’t much of a reason to keep them as your bank.

I went there for help with an on line problem signed in waited 10 mins nobody helped me. I asked the Mgr andHe brushed me off and closed out my accounts. Not that manager wasn't nice either.

I applied for an auto loan with DCU due to the great rates they advertised. I provided all requested documents and I am the most qualified candidate a bank could wish to have. They denied me stating they couldn't verify my address and my identity. They never once reached out to me to request further documentation. I ended up going with Logix bank who approved me in a heartbeat with my 850 credit score. Something is not right at this bank and I would strongly recommend staying away from it.

The people working at this bank are wonderful. Every one is very friendly, funny, down to earth, they make you feel as though you've known them for years. It was such a great experience opening an account with them!

I had the worst experience with Ulitha B Carrim for a notary service. I have been a customer for 8 years and she treated me like trash. She was super rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I will close my account with DCU!
