The pharmacy is slow moving, impossible to talk to an actual person and it’s frustrating

The cvs itself is pretty alright, but since the relocation I've had weird experiences with some of the staff members. Several months ago, I'd wanted to apply, so I was doing the process on my phone in I believe the candy aisle. I soon noticed a woman (who I later found out was the manager) was staring at me, and I soon noticed that she was kind of stalking me around the store? When I went back into my dad's car, I told him that a woman was following me around, and when I turned my head to look towards the doors she was outside staring at me.
More recently, I had a somewhat more negative experience with someone from the pharmacy. A prescription of mine wasn't properly refilled, so I'd called to see if I could just buy them, given they were just needles. I went to call ahead, and a man answers the phone and says "yeah?" in a kind of condescending way. I shrugged it off and explained what I needed, and he eventually just says an extremely sarcastic response, which I found to be extremely rude. And I didn't exactly want to seem offensive, but for those who have this pharmacy I'm talking about the man with an accent.

CVS has a complicated marketing agenda that gets you in the store with coupons that rarely work for the consumer. The sales associates do their best to accommodate but it takes forever and is frustrating. Why don't you just price the items fairly for everyone instead of trying to take advantage of the consumer that can't or won't pay attention to the extracare 'deals'? If CVS were not the closest drug retailer to my home I would NEVER step foot in one again!

Without Question the worst Pharmacy
Every time I go to get a prescription they never have it ready, they always screw up up using my insurance for the prescriptions.
It is such an irritating experience, it only seems to be this CVS where such a problem exists. Prior to this awesome experience, I had already sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes before anyone made any kind of contact with me.
Was finally attended to and was told because they didn't apply my insurance to the prescriptions, I now had to come inside. "OH YAY" Reason being because they couldn't do insurance stuff through the window. (Seems to me with all the other stickers on the window, something like that would exist on the window)
Now have been inside for I wanna say a good 15 minutes, still haven't got what I came for. Thought someone was actually working on me, but no. Have now watch multiple transactions happen in front of me.

Today I want through you. Informative to say that I went once again. treated like a person who had no rights and no rights. Arriving here, the pharmacy supposedly should. Open at 9:00 am, only opened at 9:35. After that, the medicine had already been recommended for this pharmacy for almost 20 days. I came to look for it. They wouldn't have the means or medicine and on top of that they treated me very badly. I want one more time. needs to improve its service

Not only are there awesome choices and prices, but the employees are so so friendly that I only shop at CVS!!!!!!

Yes the store manager named chris kicked me out because I did not put back a product. Which is an inconvenience to me because it is her job. She had also followed me throughout the whole store. I believe she is discriminating against my age more then my race. Because I was not the only one, 3 other young girls had said “ she followed us like we were gonna steal something.. and now I am not allowed back. She said she was going to give me district managers phone number but never did because obviously she wants to keep her job which she would not. This happened Wednesday September 21,2022.

I just want to say I waited until the LAST day to be able to pick up my medication. And I get to the pharmacy and it is STILL. NOT. READY. This is not the first time this has happened. I purposely waited until my last day to pick up because I knew this would happen. Maybe if I wait until the last day, that should give them enough time to have my script ready. This is stupid.

Very friendy pharmacy staff, super helpful. Yes, they are short-staffed (why I only gave 4 stars) but when its your turn for servicing, they give 100%.

If I could rate any lower I would. The technicians are amazing and deserve, all of the raises and promotions possible. But whoever has control of scheduling is a joke, because there are never enough people to answer the phones, the drive through, or the 6 people in line waiting to get meds that will inevitably be filled the next day! I've spent all day around there before, gotten the app notification saying that the RX is ready,only to be told they can't fill it because who knows why. Techs are great though they deserve better!!!

Sorry, don't hate.. Tapped wrong button. However, prescription call in by Dr. & CVS said they didn't receive it. Can only speak to recording, not person & therefore couldn't complete question I needed to ask. I may go back to Walgreens. They DO NOT answer their pharmacy phone. Ok another day has passed and I still cannot get thru to the pharmacy!!! Have no idea if they have my prescription ready and they do not answer their phone!I wouldn't be so upset but this is for very bad pain and now they're not open until until Monday!

Horrible. I had To go 4 times to get my prescriptions. 20 minutes in line each time. They kept promising my prescriptions the next time, and each time they had another excuse. I've been with them for 30 years but I'm transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Pharmacy is understaffed and prescriptions are never ready when promised. Then wait times of 30 to 45 minutes and sue while you are" prioritized"

Just had a terrible experience with customer service, apparently, 10 minutes is too long to spend in a store. I had already paid but I was in the store with my friends and girlfriend (who was looking for stuff to buy) . Now, I'm going to preface this with the lady at the cash registers is the older sister of someone who doesn't like my girlfriend, so I'm gonna assume this happened because of this reason. While we were just calmly deciding if my girlfriend wanted anything else she started asking why we were still there and saying we needed to leave because they "needed to get the kids out" (we're all around 16-17) and when I told her I had already paid she said "wellllll why are you still here?" To which she turned around and mumbled under her breath about how it was apparently a "great day to hang around CVS". Overall not worth the trip.

Very poor service. Prescriptions are never ready. Staff is extremely rude. Rarely answer their phone. Beware!!
