I would not recommend this place when filling a prescription. Keep in mind I used to work for them as a pharmacy tech but at a different location. I use this location to fill my prescriptions because it's closer to my house. Every time i go there to pick up my prescriptions they're never ready and they take forever filling these prescriptions! Every time i call they never answer the phone and it goes to voicemail but they don't get back to until the store is closing so they tell you that you can pick it up the next day in the morning. The next day I checked my account online to see if it's ready, it's not ready and it's already noon time. They said it'd be ready in the morning. smh This place is ridiculous and the pharmacy techs take their sweet ol' time filling the prescriptions. Since I was a pharmacy tech I know it doesn't take that long to fill a script even when we were busy. When I go there, there's always a huge line and again they're taking their sweet time and make you wait around 20-30 minutes. With there being a long line you'd think they would pick up their pace but they don't.

I feel bad for the few staff they have working in the pharmacy. They're completely overwhelmed and can't keep up. There also seems to be an issue with their system. Every time I come here I need to wait at least 30 minutes. I'm currently sitting inside waiting and have already wasted almost an hour of my Saturday. It's gotten to the point where I'm going to switch to Walgreens even though they're further away from me.

I have been going to this store for years and all the way around it’s a great store but only complaint is CVS CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTERS ALL SUCK BECAUSE YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM AND ALSO THE CALL CENTERS WORKERS DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING SO I CANCELLED MY EXTRA CARE PLUS BEING SO HORRIBLE! When you complain about it they don’t do anything about it either. I have been a customer for over 35 years now and I used to love CVS AND I CANNOT STAND THEM!

We booked flu shot appointments for our 8 year old and 5 year old. Our technician was a pregnant, patient, professional expert. We could not have asked for a more understanding, nurturing, compassionate tech for our kiddo who was unexpectedly taking 35 minutes to work up the courage, through many tears and stalling techniques, to accept his flu shot. The tech was an angel on earth and we're thankful for her seemingly endless patience. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Super helpful pharmacy staff! Yes, they are short-staffed (why I gave only 4 stars) but when its your turn they give you 100% attention.

I can’t say enough about Katherine the pharmacist. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and my prescription was called into another cvs. When I got there I waited in a long line and was told they were a week behind in filling prescriptions. I came to Katherine’s pharmacy and she was warm, kind and was able to transfer my prescriptions and fill my prescription quickly. She then took time to answer my questions. She is an example of professionalism, kindness and wisdom and I am so grateful for her compassion and care!!!

Not sure what happened to this location. The service is terrible and the drive thru might be worse than any dunkin in MA.

I went in with my two sons looking for cough medicine for my husband who was home. I asked if they carried a particular brand to a cashier who was on her phone, named Chrissy who simply shrugged, rolled her eyes, and mumbled something. I decided to go and peruse the aisles myself and unfortunately couldn't find it so I got something similar. When I got back to the front area, she was angrily shouting demands to the younger male and female coworkers who appeared to be doing their best to tend to the customers at the photo booth and at self-checkout. She seems downright miserable and resentful to be there.

I’m giving 5 stars because after a horrible experience with the night pharmacist Jonathan, who was rude, smug, uncaring, and purposely unhelpful, today the pharmacy manager Katherine helped solve my problem with great care and kindness and the store manager Sean went out of his way to make it all better and they reminded me that there are great people in this world.The pharmacy as whole is usually wonderful and I very much appreciate their hard work and commitment to helping us. Thank you!

such a low level service at this store. was in tonight, the front associate was not at the cash. tried to find and ended up going to the pharmacy section. asked two who were not serving customers to page the front associate. one did not have a decency or simply did not know how to speak to another human, hardly turned her head and over the shoulder told me to ring a bell at the front, if i need someone. i told her i did ring, nobody showed up. can you simply page a front associate to come to cash register for customer service? she continued having her gigantic back on me and suggested to continue ringing until someone shows up! then the second one next to her, decided to show off his bright brain and told me that they are not working at the front section of the store so they cannot help me (aka page for assistance). Sensational Geniality! this one should get a Nobel Prize for creativity to cover up the laziness and dumbness of personnel on duty. NO NO NO for this store! avoid this location! really ridiculously run business and they don’t deserve your money.

I have lived right near this CVS for over 20 years, was always very good right up until covid now no one wants to work and if they do, they are rude, just disgusting. I do try to go to other CVS's in the area. Like Water St for Flu Shot. very sad they cannot find good help. and yes, I agree mgmt is responsible, and not just in the store mgmt, the higher ups.
