Just had a terrible experience with customer service, apparently, 10 minutes is too long to spend in a store. I had already paid but I was in the store with my friends and girlfriend (who was looking for stuff to buy) . Now, I'm going to preface this with the lady at the cash registers is the older sister of someone who doesn't like my girlfriend, so I'm gonna assume this happened because of this reason. While we were just calmly deciding if my girlfriend wanted anything else she started asking why we were still there and saying we needed to leave because they "needed to get the kids out" (we're all around 16-17) and when I told her I had already paid she said "wellllll why are you still here?" To which she turned around and mumbled under her breath about how it was apparently a "great day to hang around CVS". Overall not worth the trip.

Best pharmacy in the area and beyond! Kind, empathetic and humor for all types. As a chronic illness fighter I have a lot of scripts as well as my family whom I’ve passed these conditions too. The team is always looking for ways to help above and beyond their “job” ! There is some staff that have been behind those pharmacy counters many years and haven’t lost their ability and want to help others! It’s a busy store but they make it happen and I can’t say enough about my pharmacist ladies at this location! From inside jokes, to smiley faces and lollipops, the never fail to make me feel informed and cared for ! Thank you for giving the kids and I such great care and support! -Mandy

Worst pharmacy in Metrowest which is sad since it’s a beautiful new store location. They often ignore doctor fill requests and don’t start on the medication fill until you arrive to pick it up. This means you wait 20 minutes in the indoor line (or an hour plus in the drive thru) just for them to tell you it will be 40 minutes to fill.

Everytime I go to this Cvs i get a lady that cannot speak or understand English. I believe her name is minai or something of that nature. She had me spell my name 100 times then when I had a prepaid prescription she asked me for the email confirmation. When I showed her she said it was not correct and I needed the QR code. I showed her the code on the same email and she said it was incorrect and not working. Magically the pharmacist appeared and suddenly it worked. Another time the same thing with my wife's prepaid prescription. She asked to see my license because she did not believe my name was Katie which I told her it's not it's my wife's name. This whole time not one apology not one smile not even a greeting from her as I walked up to the counter. I will never come back to this Cvs again simply because she is so incompetent and rude. I'm not sure why management hires people who can't speak English to greet and deal with customers who mainly speak English.

My husband went to pick up a prescription for me. The lady at the pharmacy register, Minai, asked for his last name. He told her. She then asked for his last name again. He repeated it again and spelled it out. She again said, "last name." He repeated it again. Amazingly, she requested "last name" yet again. He told her again. A fifth time she said, "last name." At this point He said he was confused and was not sure what was going on. She did not respond. Finally, another lady working at the pharmacy comes over (unfortunately, we did not get her name). She has apparently heard my last name one of the five times and repeats it - and at this point Minai starts entering in the info to the computer - although she has still not acknowledged that my husband is even there. The other lady that came over starts aggressively asking what the problem is. He explains that he has been repeating my name to Minai with no response from her. She starts acting like he is causing a problem and rolls her eyes at him. Never once does Minai even speak to him to address this whole very odd situation. Neither Minai nor the other lady working in the pharmacy explains what is going on - the first is silent and the latter is accusing. He does eventually get the prescriptions for me - but without any explanation of what was going on. I don't think I have ever had such a poor customer service experience. I will never be going to this pharmacy again.

It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for my prescription. They had it and then needed authorization. Then they had the authorization and no prescription. This went on for two weeks and still nothing. How long does it take to count 30 pills? Everything is always in process. The staff is constantly changing. It would be nice if they smiled once in a while.

This place started off ok, but now it's like going to the Registry of Motor Vehicles. They send you from one window to another and back again, each time making you wait for someone to help you. It's the least customer-focused system imaginable,
