Such an awesome experience working with Andy at Creative Carpet! They have a fantastic selection and after shopping at three other carpet stores, I found the perfect carpet I was looking for. The pricing was very competitive and it only took about two weeks for the carpet to come after after it was ordered. The installer that works for the company did a superb job with the installation. The carpet looks amazing and I could not be happier! I highly recommend Creative Carpet to anyone that is looking for beautiful carpets at a very reasonable price and wants above and beyond customer service!

Great experience working with Joe and the installers. We scheduled the installation for 3 days over a week to allow for furniture rearranging. It went very smooth and the installers for the carpet and flooring did a great job.

We had creative carpet install around 1000sq ft of carpet in our basement and couldn’t be happier. The owners were super friendly and didn’t try to push us into anything in particular. They even discouraged us from spending extra on fancy carpet pads and the overall price included a great pad and installation and was extremely competitive. The installers were very friendly and completed the whole job in a few hours including a set of steps. We were extremely pleased with our experience at Creative carpet after initially considering quite a few big box stores and other sellers. I would highly recommend them. Friendly, reasonably priced and professional!

We had a great experience with Creative Carpet installing carpet in our home a year ago, so when we just converted our attic to a den space, they were our first call. Andy and Joe were very helpful and easy to work with, as always. The installers showed up on time and did a great, careful job and the attic now looks like a real room! I much prefer working with a local business who remembers you and treats you well. Highly recommend.

The entire process--starting with my first visit to the store--was exceptional! Joe is amazing: He took notes about my choices, didn't pressure me to make a decision but kept me aware of timelines, communicated installation times (which were met), and called to follow up after the installation. I had heard great things about Creative Carpet and can confirm that their reputation is well earned. Oh, and the carpet is beautiful. I'd hire them again!

I just used this company 3 weeks ago and found them to be really unprofessional, from customer service to the execution of the job. The subcontractor they used to actually install the flooring barely spoke English so communication was very difficult. The job was delayed twice and when I called the main office about it, the employee was extremely rude and not at all apologetic. The job eventually got done but their communication was poor, they lack professionalism and I can't recommend this vendor.

Creative Carpet did a wonderful job installing a new rug runner on two sets of our stairs. Communication was great and service was excellent throughout the process. Joe was extremely helpful in the selection of the right rug and I was able to look at lots of options. When the rug started to wear a bit more than expected, they replaced it with a new rug that we chose. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new rugs!
