Laurie was such a proficient and friendly cashier! She helped me save some $$$ by signing up for the rewards program. She was patient in explaining the process of signing up with my phone. It was our first visit at this store, it has a lot of unique items. We ended up only buying snacks but the end of our trip here was complete by Laurie's friendly service!

I bought a coffee table online from them three weeks ago which I picked up in Framingham MA. Missing were the screws to attach the base to the bottom. The store in Framingham said it was shipped to them like that and that they do not have the screws. I have contacted customer support several times and they are clueless and have literally asked me to fill out the same for for replacement part SIX times. I also wrote a complaint to the BBB and they promised to send the screws but as of yet I have not received them. They also deleted my review of the coffee table on their website when I mentioned this. Sketchy. If you pay close to $500 for something you'd like to, oh I don't know, be able to secure it together. Unbelievable.

A very unique market which offers a wide array of food, decor offerings from many cultures, backgrounds. U never know what u will find in here...its great for cooks, decorators etc.

I just got back from the Framingham store. There is only A cashier working. I asked her if she can call more people to help. Her reply is: "I'm here" It's Sat 2:10pm. There are 5-6 customers in line. I think it's totally crazy that only one cashier is open on weekend:(

I go for the HomeGoods, not the food pantry. They have unique items you can’t get anywhere else, offering stylish alternatives to what can be found at HomeGoods or Marshall’s. I am not sure I would purchase a large price of furniture (sofa), but smaller items instead.

We’ve been having major issues with the World Market credit card, which we opened to purchase a couch. However, the manager at this store (Michael) was extremely helpful and spent time troubleshooting the issues in store, and made sure that we received the best price. We’re glad we had his help!

I LOVE this store. It has many unique items, items you won't find any where else. The managers and staff are friendly and extremely helpful -- and knowledgeable. The sales are spectacular, and they have treasure hunts a couple of times a year and free items with purchase every time you turn around.
You will love it, too. In fact, every time my sister's friend comes to town (from another state!), she asks to go to World Market. And one of my office mates has asked me to take her there one weekend. She lives 30 miles away

All kinds of good stuff from around the world. Ever travel to Europe or Asia or down under and had some kind of candy or snack? Many of them can be found here. The problem is if you are well traveled, u kind of want to buy half the store. Best of luck. Cool place... must be owned by dentists cause every candy u want to buy from around the world is here. . Very good stuff..
