Late or don’t show up most of the time. Limited on cleaning skills. Unsympathetic towards client.

Do not do business in good faith with this company. They apparently do not do careful backgrounds on their caregivers. We had to learn this the hard way when we discovered that the caregiver assigned to an elderly relative in our family defrauded us. They then tried to get a statement even though we called the cops.
