I went to make a withdrawal. The ATM did not give me the funds. I reported it to the branch they did absolutely nothing about it. They did not even look into it. I had to call corporate for help. Horrible place to Bank.

Think twice before go there, I'm waiting there over 20min. Only 1 teller and 1 officer working at this branch. Slow and lack of experience with customer service.

I go here to do the deposit of my job and had never had any problems with anyone. I go in and out and everyone is really nice. I don't know whats wrong with all the other reviews it's a bank and if they told you all the fees don't make it your bank go with someone else. Anyways great bank and people.

So I was on a trip to the Golden Triangle (Natick Mall, Shoppers World, etc, etc) and went a bit over my projected budget. Needed to get some $$ out from a Citizens Bank, and after searching the area and the Citizens website, it was either coming here or to the Stop&Shop on Old Connecticut Path. Wasn't really in the mood to go to the Stop&Shop bank since in the past they were rude, and Old Connecticut Path was a bit out of the way of Shoppers World. Anyway, this bank is located on Route 9, extremely close to the Route 126 (Concord Street) intersection, and very close to Route 30. Accessible via Route 9 & 126. Large parking lot and 2 entrances (front, Rt 9 entrance for ATM). Employee James is friendly, helpful, and kind, and very efficient at getting all customers through the line quickly. Open M-Th 9-4, Fr 9-6, Sa 9-1. Convenient bank along Route 9 for the Golden Triangle and Natick / Framingham area. -1 star for no drive-thru, but overall good bank. 4 stars.

Love this branch! I had to deal several times with James Lynch in the past few months and could not be more pleased with the level of customer service I got here. He is always helpful, always greets you with a smile, is quick and efficient - regardless of how big or how small the transaction is, or if this is just notarizing some paperwork for my mom. You could just tell he is happy to be there for the clients, and this is what makes me come back - definitely, an asset to this branch. I also like that the office is clean and cozy, and parking is easy. Great to have them in the neighborhood!

It's known as the "Citizen's Gaulging Bank.. were you'll be lucky if you leave with the shirt on your back" !... Tooo many fees, you get charged if you don't used your card, and you get charge for using your card. then there's account maintance fee's, overdraft fee's, transfer fee's. atm fee's, Heck it's true what people say it's not a saving bank.. It's known as the "Citizen's Gaulging Bank were you'll be luck if you leave with the shirt on your back"..

Is this a bank or a club? There was one particular woman that was dressed like she was ready for a night out. She sounded very uneducated not to mention rude!!! She could not get rid of me fast enough. I believe her name was Vivian M something. I've been banking with citizens for many years and going to different branches and have received nothing but professionalism until I met Vivian M. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I will steer clear from her

Manager of CitizensBank on Rt9 "Cindy" is incompetent. Spoke with her on 3 occasion over the course of 3 months, with her assuring me she would take care of the issue each time. Nothing was done! I would not recommend this bank to my friends or family....

Poor service, moving my accounts to Bank of America. Why would you want uneducated individuals handling your funds?
