Michelle Roseman is an ace. Her professional and interpersonal skills, coupled with her unique eye for design and talent are top notch! Her ability to understand what we wanted was amazing. Her design skills and knack for selecting furniture and color schemes, and ability to articulate why she presented them to us helped us decide on furniture that we will appreciate for years. We can’t wait to have it in our home. We bought our furniture because we liked how well Michelle worked with us and listened to us. Thank you, Michelle!

We decided to make the leap and invest in a high-quality and super comfortable Stressless leather recliner and matching ottoman. I really appreciated Michelle R's friendly and patient explanation of the many different models on display, and further options available for custom order. As it turned out, there was a past-season floor model we could take home same day in the medium size that fit me best, in a beautiful tan leather. A week later now, we love the way it looks in our home, and more importantly how comfortable it is! These chairs have great lumbar support, which was important to me. Michelle was a great sales person to deal with, and we'll be back to Circle Framingham in the future!

Michelle and Jennifer were absolutely amazing! My partner and I looked at all the other “usual” furniture stores, and no one really listened to our needs. Circle has a gorgeous selection of furniture, and their staff educated us on all the pieces we loved - actually helping us find the right one. And when we got concerned the piece wouldn’t fit through our door, the manager, Amy, called us to help us find a solution and shared it with their delivery team. Everything about our purchasing experience has been wonderful, now we can’t wait for the piece to arrive! We’ll definitely be going back for more.

I have had my couch and chair for 1 year now and honestly, I am not very happy with my purchases. The couch legs were crooked so I had to spend more money to replace them and when sitting on the couch it seems as if the cushions are at an angle down towards the front. The material of the chair, that doesn't get much use, is already stretched out and there is already an indent where your butts sits. We are not heavy people and I'm sad I paid so much money for these two items and already know they won't last. I won't be back!

Friendly, informative and relaxed, staff that are Quite knowledgeable about their products and have an unusually large number of Stressless brand chairs for their client to try on for size. We were impressed by the fabric options, design, experience of the staff, and recommendations that made our first purchase at Circle furniture such a pleasant experience. All of our questions were answered before we considered making a purchase. We will definitely come back whether to look… Or to make another purchase.

We have had a great experience shopping for new living room furniture and furnishings at Circle Furniture in Framingham, MA. They have a great selection of beautiful quality furniture. We have worked with both Michelle and Jennifer and found both of them very helpful. Circle Furniture has an App that allows their design consultants to place furniture that we picked out into a 3D model of our living room after we brought in pictures and dimensions of the room. It really helped to be able to visualize the pieces in the room. Jennifer created. a plan for our room with so many great suggestions. It has been a pleasure working with such professional salespersons who really know the merchandise in the store and could help us make decisions. We are really loving forward to having this furniture in our home. This is a great place to buy furniture with great staff and I would highly recommend people visit this store.

Their furniture I purchased was of solid quality, but the interactions with the sales team were terrible. I ordered a sectional last May with an estimated lead time to warehouse of 12-14 weeks. It arrived close to 48 weeks later. The delays, while unfortunate, were not the issue. With current supply chain limitations, these kind of delays are common, and also not something the personnel at the showroom can control. What they can control is how they interact with customers, their follow-up, and just basic communication. In the 11 months that my sofa was held up in production, my sales rep took no initiative in communicating the delay. Two of my emails went ignored entirely. When they did respond, their emails were mostly a form email. For the amount of money their furniture costs, there should be more communication. For 11 months, they had my payment of half the price of the item ($2700). This is a significant amount of money. An email every couple months would have been the bare minimum. To be brief, the entire year-long experience was unpleasant, and I will not shop at this store again.
