I contacted Chris just before 7pm on a Tuesday to ask about moving an old pinball machine and by noon on Wednesday it was safely in my house. Great service, great responsiveness. Great price too! We were having an awful time finding someone who could do it and do it right l'm so glad we came across an ad for Chris and Bill's. Would repeat for any single item or unusual move.

I would highly recommend they're moving services on time very nice I had small amount of items moving from house to an elderly housing complex they were on time very nice and did great work feel safe to put your trust in them

I needed help moving a 6x3.25 ft piece of butcher block weighing 115 lbs up a flight of stairs in my house on a Saturday. Chris came over within an hour, rigged it up to move safely and securely and provided helpful guidance the entire way. He was even nice enough to lend me some work gloves. I was very impressed and will definitely be calling again when I need this kind of help in the future.

I used them once, a couple of months ago, for moving furniture, and was impressed with their efficiency and good humor, and recommended them widely. The second time I used them was a few days ago, to move a heavy refrigerator, and Chris was impatient and openly rude. Some examples: After he dropped the fridge pretty hard on the driveway, he was scornful of my concern that he had damaged it. Then, after putting the fridge in place in my kitchen, he literally waved his hand in dismissal when I asked him whether he was going to level it, and mumbled that I should find some shims to level it myself, while pointing at the door hinges (not the place to level a refrigerator). Does anyone actually use shims to level a refrigerator?? Don't modern refrigerators have adjustors on the corners? There was more. He mocked me for my plan to store the old fridge at the top of my driveway until it gets picked up, stating the everyone in North America knows that it is illegal to store a refrigerator outside. (I later called the local police, who said storing it there was fine.) He was mean. I recommend avoiding this company.

Chris did an excellent job in every way. His communications were superb and he and his workers did an excelletn job of moving my boxes and furniture into my home. They showed up on time and worked very quicky and carefully. I could not have been more pleased. Chris is just great to work with and I recmmend him and his team without any reservations!
