Made me get an appointment to solve a closed acc issue and when I get there all I got was they need to talk to their back office to see what’s the problem and couldn’t give me a reason or solution to my problem. Employee are also racist, when they see color people, they treat you differently.

Very bad customer service. Scheduled an appointment with William, but when I arrived he was not present. They could have called me in advance so that I can reschedule to save my time but they didn’t bother.

I opened a debt card with chase and I had a great experience, Raygliano camargos was super helpful and he guided me through the whole steps! It was super welcoming that I even brought my twin sister to open a debt card with chase as well and Raygliano was very professional and guided us to the right direction!

This branch is very helpful. I don’t believe the current low rating is fair. I visited on Apr 24 and the lady and her colleagues who helped me were all very helpful and efficient.

I deposited a financial aid check on the 10th, and Chase has decided to hold it until the 21st. It's a check directly from an accredited college. When contacted about it, they didn't even really have an explanation as to why they are holding my check. This bank has been a huge inconvenience, I will be closing my account.

Very unhappy with the experience with the customer service.Had to visit the service center multiple times just to open a checking account. Even though we had appointment booked for one hour, We were returned just because we were 15 mins late and they will be closing the center after 1 hour and they were fully booked.
