Bill Perrier and Sue Schroder have been absolutely amazing in guiding me through the complex world of insurance. I had a rather complex situation to begin with, but their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care have truly made a difference for me.
From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored solutions that gave me peace of mind. Their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me, answering my questions and adjusting my policies efficiently, have been exemplary.
I cannot recommend Bill and Sue highly enough. They are the best insurance brokers and trusted advisors who prioritize their clients' best interests. Thank you, Bill and Sue, for being so friendly, genuine and professional! You have made the insurance process a smooth and pleasant experience.

I have been dealing with various agents and representatives for many years now while active in the real estate market. I must say truthfully, that my recent dealings with agent Bill Perrier of Charles River Insurance was definitely the most enjoyable interaction so far. The reasons are simple: Bill listens. He is patient, professional, and detail-oriented. Best of all, he not only explains terms and conditions, etc. in layman's terms, he secured me a great price under all competitors.
I will be calling Bill again as my real estate insurance needs are required

very poor customer service, have not increased our homeowner coverage in twenty years, yet house values have increased. Sent an inspector whom prompted a nonrenewal for a hose rolled up on the ground, no hand rail to the garage in the backyard, and an unlicensed vehicle behind the garage. then changed their story on how to prove these deficiencies are corrected. Will never recommend this company to anyone. the one star was the only way to get it post button

I contacted them 1 month ago for several quotes. Got a call back right away from an enthusiastic person. Took time to explain all there is to know about insurance, and why Massachusetts is such a mess. Great! After dealing with other insurance brokers around Natick, I was happy that a business selling insurance was interested to sell me insurance. Next week, at the latest, Billy Bob told me! So I sent them all my policies, personal info and premium details.
I never heard from them again. I asked for roughly 6K$ in premium/year worth of insurance to bid, and that was not worth their time. No accidents, 849 credit score, no claims, nothing special. And that was not worth the effort. And I started receiving unsolicited insurance offer from junk cie on my gmail, which I have to clean up to this day. I can't ping that to them alone, since I reached out to other brokers. But keep that in mind before sending away your personal info to any insurance providers.
Bottom line: they don't need your business.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bill Perrier for our cannabis company’s insurance needs and we couldn’t be happier with the services we’ve received. Bill is such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the cannabis industry, and insurance in general. Anytime a question comes up, I know Bill is one quick phone call away with the answer. Bill is always quick to respond, he’s thorough, and will fight to get you the best deal out there. He really went to bat for our company, and fought hard to get us the most competitive rates possible and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Bill, do not pass it up!

I had the pleasure of working with BILL PERRIER at Charles River Insurance. We found ourselves in a bind while opening up a new store. There were many rules and regulations and because of our unique store site (age, location, historical, etc) it wasn't a simply black and white insurance plan. Bill got to work immediately with the task of helping us secure insurance for a relatively hard situation. He was thorough, quick, and reassured us along the way (we had lost faith at this point). We can't thank Bill and Charles River Insurance enough for the help (and support) they provided.

Have insured through this company for a few years now, and they are able to provide great rates. However, good luck getting any specific answers from your agent or the company in reasonable time. Was adding my daughter to a car policy -- 5 phone calls, several emails and backdated amended declaration I am still unable to get the agent to return calls or emails. God forbid, I would need to call in a claim...

I started working with insurance agent, Bill Perrier a few months ago when I needed to switch insurance carriers for a variety of personal and real estate business coverage. He is on top of things. His communication is top notch. He responds to my many emails very fast, often within the hour. He is professional, competent, and friendly. He is an agent who will meet with you in-person at your local coffee shop. He and Christine Raymond worked to find a huge variety of options for me and made charts so I could see how the new policies compared to each other and my current policies.
