*****5 stars out to Cabot House in Framingham and especially designer Mary Stefanides. Mary was amazing to work with and she help choose a beautiful sectional for my updated space. She physically came out to my home and sized up the space, instantly did her homework to find the best possible fit. Mary was not pushy and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products, manufacturers and she knows her business inside and out. It was a pleasure working with Mary and highly recommend her for anyone looking for gorgeous furniture with a painless experience. Thank you Mary Stefanides and Cabot house of Framingham...

Run! Appalling customer service with no option to leave a review on their website. Chair approx $3K had two screws fall out six months in. The tech would not leave the store until $ 150 was paid and then another $ 150 to do home visit. For two screws! Believe I have been screwed enough.

If you are looking for an outstanding collection of quality furniture, Cabot House Furniture in Framingham is the place to go! They have a wide variety of styles expertly displayed and a large selection of fabrics to help you create the ideal look for your home.The Cabot House Designer who helped us was Frank Poltack. He was outstanding!!! Frank listened attentively to what we were trying to achieve with our living room and quickly was able to ascertain the styles we liked and offer lots of design possibilities. He is very patient and we never felt rushed or under pressure to make a decision. He is also very good at being an arbitrator when my husband and I had different visions for what would look ideal in our house :). After the sale, he kept us informed of delivery information and has assisted us with any additional questions.We are delighted with our new furniture and certainly will be repeat customers at Cabot House Furniture.

A friend of mine suggested the Cabot House in Framingham for me to order a couch and loveseat. Within a very short period of time, I picked the furniture out with the most wonderful help from designer, Frank. Although it took a long time to get them, they are absolutely gorgeous and the worth the wait!! Frank was very helpful and in constant contact throughout the process!

When I moved to my condo in 2013, I wanted to furnish it as nicely as possible since I anticipate living here for quite some time. I went to Cabot House on my father's recommendation and on his recommendation that I work with his decorator there, Helene. Helene was incredibly informative, not at all pushy and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was pleased. Attached are a few photos which show the finished product. All the credit goes to Helene!!! As an FYI, Helene is now working independently, but this gives her more flexibility to meet your needs.

My mom and I have been working with Mary Stefanides from the Framingham showroom for the past year. Mary is fantastic. She is super helpful and very responsive to all our inquiries. She listens to our needs and is able to help us with all the right pieces. Any issues we’ve run into, or any questions we’ve had, she’s been able to track down and get us answers to immediately.She even works during her days off. She is extremely accessible and knows the products and manufacturers well. She clearly has a great rapport with all of them.I am in client service myself and I hold people to a very high standard. I can honestly say that Mary is outstanding to work with.

We really enjoyed our visit to Cabot House Furniture in Framingham. We were immediately greeted by the loviest saleswoman, Mary Stefanides, who seemed to have just the right combination of being available and super helpful yet without being smothering. We were looking for a den chair and cocktail table ottoman and Mary knew all the brands and sizes PLUS the production time frame for each company. In a time when everything seems delayed it was extremely helpful to know which chair would take seven months vs. a year or more. Mary was extremely knowledgeable and simply a delight to work with throughout our time in the store. She was even kind enough to send us chair and ottoman options that would match our style and current layout. She put in a tremendous amount of time and effort when other salespeople just do the bare minimum. I highly recommend this store for the abundance of choices and brands they have access to, but also for Mary who was simply A+.

My husband and I recently worked with Mary Stefanides at the Cabot House store in Framingham. Mary is completely approachable and clearly wanted to get to know us and what we were shopping for by engaging in all kinds of conversations with ease. She also shared her background in art and design and love of furniture with humility. These qualities and experience came through when helping us choose the style and fabric for our piece which I found extremely helpful. Buying furniture can be overwhelming with the choices to be made but Mary made it simpler with her experience, focus and her obvious enjoyment of the process. We also found her to be patient, not pushy and a very pleasant person to spend time with and do business with. Thank you Mary!

I would highly recommend The Framingham Cabot House. I worked with Mary Stefanides, and she was incredibly knowledgable - particularly with the details that I may not have considered - and worked quickly with excellent communication. I will go back to her for all of our furniture needs.

We had the good fortune to have the help of designer Gail Bradbard without whose skill and patience, our plan to furnish our living room would have been much more difficult. Gail is a pleasure to work with and I'm very happy with the end result.

Very disappointed we bought a recliner last year and it was high end with remote. It started making noises and I called c.s. and it took months for it to be looked at and as of today we still haven't gotten it back. Very very upsetting and disappointing. The C.S. is not good at all and then some. Very surprised for a so-called high end store.

Nice furniture, horrible customer service. I think there's a good reason why this store was completely empty on a weekend day. They must have millions of dollars in inventory and not a clue on how to sell it or how to be kind to customers. Took my money elsewhere
