This BJ’s store is fantastic . It has so many fresh produced items with lots of options that we love at reasonable prices. I took my time and walked through each aisle. I saw a clean, bright and wonderfully executed store. Loved the bakery items and freshly available fruits . Hats off to everyone involved here, a really nice shopping experience.

I have made online take-out order and later called to confirm time I’m coming to pick up. When I come my order was under “Preparing” status. I waited for 10 minutes until my order just disappeared. Nobody could find my order even I had a message from BJ’s with confirmation number. Later I must wait additional 15 minutes for my order but when I came home my order was incomplete (missing some extras)

Hey BJs, this review is for the person working at the exit signing receipts. It is an extremely uncomfortable experience - The man literally will watch everyone go but will stop you and check the 100 items and cross verify with the receipt one by one if you look Indian or (person of color I guess). This should really stop and reading the reviews I was not the only one to go through this experience. If you're from Indian origin, pay a little more and buy a Costco membership. It will save you from this awkward and infuriating experience each time you shop.

The team are no professional at allYesterday Thursday at 2:30pm it was a busy day.The manager instead of excusing the customers for being short stuff and instead of trying to help by being a cashier during this time or asking the customer Survices to help as cashier tooHe started to treat people as employees in no professional way.Bad manager

This specific review is for that one indian dude at the exit of the store, I think his name is Shivakumar, his job is to check the payment receipt. He is very racist. I have noticed him for atleast 8 times that when we approach he takes the receipt and start counting the items in the cart and when someone else's approach he let them go casually. Also he stares all the girls as if he has never seen one. This is very unsatisfactory and unprofessional, when you are paying so much for the membership. Management should atleast give him a warning.

They really need to rein in the 3rd party solicitors who are trying to sell tv service, phone service, electricity options, etc. They’re becoming increasingly loud and aggressive. They’ve started to approach people in the aisles, people who are shopping for groceries- not looking to change any of their services. Today, the guys who were trying to sell cable services yelled after customers after they said “no thanks” and were walking away. Extremely annoying and aggravating. I’ve never heard of this happening at Costco, and it’s making me consider a switch.

There is one indian guy at the exit of the store whose job is to check the payment receipt. He is very racist. This is very unsatisfactory at the store when you are paying so much for the shopping and for the membership. The management of the bjs framingham should atleast give him a warning. Next time i am gonna confront him if he repeats the same thing.

The AT&T inside is a scam. The people inside don’t even work for AT&T they are a third party marketing and they try to sell you AT&T and it’s a complete scam. You bill will be 3 times of what they show you. Don’t go there.

Bad, Bad customer service. Not once, but always. The staff is super condescending and disrespectful. Including the manager. They just don't want to help.

It's BJ's. Get what you need and get out. Unfortunately, getting out is the hard part. The checkout line usually goes a couple dozen yards back from an employee directing you to the next available register, often only 2-3 and a couple checkouts but more often then not customer assistance is required. Then begins the hellish nightmare of the guy by the door going through the receipt and your carriage or box, even if you have one item you wait in this unholy line. I have a membership, I use it for emergencies. Only once in a grear while is BJ's priced lower than alternatives and unless time isn't money to you, it's pricing isn't what it once was so I increasingly struggle to find a reason to go to BJ's for several years now as a regular domestic consumer. Oh the lines are maddening!!
