Purchased a series 9 Apple Watch in “excellent” condition. We go to pair the watch and it says it is locked by the previous owner. I was under the impression that the team looks through every watch and makes sure the watch is functional before selling it. We go back to the store and they tell us that it looks like it is defective and has to be returned. The alternatives they offer is an inferior one with different specifications or a brand new one. Ask for the manager and wait 30 minutes for the supposed manager named Alex. Extremely rude and another worker even says to give us a new one and he declines. I am even a total tech member!!! Do not ever shop here since they are rude and liars!!!

Great store but needs better curbside/ pickup service. I ordered on the website and went to pick up. I checked in like usual and sat in my car patiently waited for over 40mins without any Best Buy associate coming out. So I decided to walk in the store. Walked in and there’s about 6 employees just standing around talking at the greeting station up front. I asked if they’re still doing curbside pick up because I’ve waited almost an hr. Employee said “oh, we never got a notification” huhhh how does that even make sense when my Best Buy app is already given me 4 digit number code to give the associate when the order is handed to me.
Best Buy Framingham, do better.

Good store but callimg them is a nightmare. I only wanted to check if they had PS five controllers in stock and was thrown in a loop for a good 25 minutes by a robot who couldn’t understand half of what I was saying and when she did, she would ask me Questions she’s already asked or not in related to where we are in the conversation. And there are no agents that will pick you up even if you ask, and when you get annoyed enough to tell her she isn’t working, she’ll stick you on an infinite hold for agents that don’t exist. Workers are good but please at least let me talk to a representative- because even the text option makes you agree to certain pop up’s to use which I never like agreeing to.

Imagine driving a half hour out of your way to visit a store that has something in stock. Then getting told by three employees they were sending someone to help me. 25 minutes goes by and I see all of these employees chatting sitting down and talking on their phone. The manager in the black literally left me without help and went up to the front to sit on his phone. Whoever left this guy in charge of the store is doing this place a big disservice. I've been in customer service almost 20 years and I've never seen such lackluster people in my life. Why bother working if you're just going to sit around. That being said there was a very nice man in Watertown who helped me earlier and I drove from Watertown to this store to be ignored.

Called about an open box TV to verify its contents. Rented a van and paid for gas to pick it up. Got to the store, and it didn't match the condition described to me. Was frustrated, and the manager on duty basically blamed it on me that who I spoke to was in a call center and wouldn't know the exact condition. How am I supposed to know? Then, when I left the store frustrated my wife was still in the store who overheard the manager and employees making fun of me. Really professional, everyone. Escalated the employee's behavior to corporate, who is also incompetent. Last time shopping at a Best Buy.

Make sure to check serial numbers match the box and products!!!! Purchased an Astro a 50 and had it for almost 2 years, I exchange it for a new one, that “new one” has a lot of audio issues. Exchange that one for another “new pair”. This new pair also has audio issues, I try to return it and somehow the serial numbers don’t match the box it came with? Now they won’t let me return or exchange the product I spent $249.99 on + $119.99 for a 2 year warranty ?? (got in contact with Logitech support and look what they said)

My flip 5 broke, called head support, they states we have the phone replacement in Marlboro. Went there hour plus because the phone was not the same color they then sent me.to Framingham hour plus nope can't fix it refused to give me a new replacement HOWEVER THEY WILL GIVE ME A ISED REPLACEMENT FOR A NEW PHONE! HMM IN OTHER WORDS LETS GIVE HER A TOILET PHONE! WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN HERE YESTERDAY NOPE STILL NOT HERE! DO NOT BUY THE BEST BUY CUSTOMER 200.00 PLAN. THEY DO NOT ABIDE OR HELP YOU. ALSO THEY HAD A CROOKED EMPLOYEE WHO DOESNT WORK IN MARLBORO NOW HE PLAYED THE BAIT AND SWITCH GAME GOT ME FOR ALMOST 400.00 EVEN.AFTER ALLEGEDLY INVESTIGATED WITH WITNESSES STILL HAD TO PAY. DISAPPOINTED WITH BEST BUY . IT MAKES IT HARD FOR THE OTHER EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES IN MARLBORO
