Kelly at Manny’s has been so helpful every time we’ve been in to shop. When we moved to town we came here for a washing machine and dryer and now that we need a new dishwasher we immediately came to Manny’s. Always so helpful!

From the moment we walked into the Framingham Manny's store, it was obvious the staff did not want to help us.
Grudgingly, a sales person stood up to help us. We were looking for an electric cooktop - and the man helping us asked which model we were replacing. We didn't know the exact model, nor did we know that it is (apparently) imperative to know the exact model you are replacing. We knew we needed a 30" cooktop, and also knew the measurements of our old model. Any questions we asked were answered in an incredibly rude and condescending manner.
He had no interest in selling to us, and thanks to him, we have no interest in giving Manny's a penny of our money.
In the age of the internet, you can always find a better deal elsewhere, but I had been committed to shopping local. Unfortunately, it's people like the one we encountered at Manny's that will send us back to the big box retailers.

I first went to Lowes for a refrigerator and the salesman there, after I finally was able to talk to him after waiting 20 minutes immediately informed me that if the door had to be taken off in order to fit it into my house (which was necessary), the driver would not even attempt to bring it into my house. They use third party delivery people who only care about getting it in and out quickly so they can drive off and make more deliveries and money.
I then went to Manny's appliance. Great service in the store with Jeff in Framingham. Helpful people. Great delivery people with Tom, Brian and Javi. They disassembled the door to fit it into the house. Super friendly and super helpful. So glad we went with Manny's.

My wife and I recently bought a suite of appliances for our home and had a great experience with Manny's! The staff were all great to work with, and Kelly in particular was proactive and helpful with sharing information and working to get us a good deal. I would highly recommend coming here if you need a new appliance!
We were impressed with their prompt delivery and installation too. While the plumbers they set us up with for installation of the dishwasher (they don't install these themselves) were just ok, Manny's own delivery and installation folks were careful, conscientious, and personable. All in all, we were impressed!

We are remodelling our kitchen and needed new gas stove, dishwasher, and range hood. Found the staff very knowlegable and within a half hour made our purchase. Asked them to hold till we were ready. They delivered when they said and took away the old units. Very pleased with the staff and pricing.

We are very happy with our experience at Manny's Appliances in Framingham.
Manny's did a terrific job for us with our washer/dryer purchase. We had friendly & efficient service, fair pricing & a surprise 10% discount for purchasing on the weekend!! The delivery service was well done too!

Absolutely the best appliance store with knowledgeable staff - Josh and Kelly, the store manager, are great!! We have been there twice in a month to replace an old stove and six year old dryer (bought from a big box store). The delivery team was spot on - made sure all worked and we were happy with our purchases. Would never think of going anywhere else - highly recommended!!

Great people, great service. My family has been coming here since I was a kid. I recently bought a dishwasher from Ned in Framingham - awesome guy and extremely helpful. Save yourself the frustration from the big box stores, and try Manny's - you won't regret it.
