Stressful, I was working contract with the Covid-19 patients in Massachusetts, I go into the bank wearing my scrubs, mask and gloves, I had just happened to see this BOA, I parked the lime green Mustang convertible and walk inside, I say hello to the Brother working Security, I'm not familiar with the deposit slip to deposit the cash into my wife's bank account, I ask a lady sitting at a desk, the security guard moves away from the door behind me to a strategic position (this bank don't have a drive thru, I didn't want to get shot by this brainwashed cat behind me), the lady at the desk only works week-ends didn't think that I could deposit money into my wife's account, I'm wanting to make a quick deposit and leave before that security guard's imagination gets the best of him and decide that me depositing case is just too suspicious, working with the Critical Covid Patients is less stressful than depositing money in this bank, I'm glad that I survived Bank of America.

I hate Bank of America. They closed an account for a child due to non activity and the money goes to the state. The state says BOA takes months to send it in a group. No one can find it, no one answers the phone at BOA..... never again

This location frustrates me beyond belief. If you need to do face to face banking, find another location. Lines take forever mainly because there's usually only one teller. It's rare when I've seen more than one.

Usually dirty but always open and convenient. Easy parking.

I went to close an account for my mother. The account was closed because of the $14 a month charge to have the account. That is entirely too high. It was a very uncomfortable process that seemed to take forever. The person I spoke to had to check with legal, I had to show ID to her and to the person who was writing the cashier check which made no sense. The teller's name was Linda. She was quite rude and made some very sarcastic comments to me. This is not a good place to go to. Bank of America is not customer focused unless of course you have over 100,000 in your accounts or a business.

Waiting forever to get some cash, amazing how they can take it so quick but when you try to get some it sucks, one teller on duty and one out to lunch, it is 2:30 PM, sort of late lunch and they get off at 5PM.

There's always a long line at this branch. I would advise everyone to go to a different one. They only have 1 desk person here at any different time of the day. The customer service is horrible here. I wish the manager would fix this problem . I hate coming here. The service did get a lot better here and I updated my reviews to 4 stars. It's much more enjoyable coming here now .

I had a checking, savings and safety deposit box account for years. When I had gone to another bank, I found out that I could get their safety box for free. On my BOA statement, I had just paid my fee for the safety deposit box. I went to the bank and asked for them to pro rate the box and return the remainder of the money. The assistant manager, Shawn refused to do so. When I mentioned to him that the 800 number people told me that it was "left to the discretion of the individual bank manager," he still refused to give me an abatement. Because of his attitude, I threatened to close out all my accounts. He could have cared less, and issued me a bank check. Talk about being penny wise and dollar foolish! As a side note, the cashier and service desk person was very sweet, but their hands were tied because of the I unprofessionalism of the assistant manager, Shawn

OK, what bright soul designed this branch? Located in the corner of the parking lot of the Stop and Shop at Route 9 and Temple St, was a drive thru truly necessary? It runs right in front of the branch so that when you exit, you do so right in front of the handicapped parking spaces, making life quite difficult for those that move to quick. As for the branch itself, staff was friendly, and the wait was short.
