I love starting my weekends with Ali, Krista, and some Zumba! It feels great to get a sweat in while having fun dancing to some awesome music! I also love how some different types of classes like barre or boot camp (all fired up) are offered for smaller sessions to switch things up. The hour flies by and class puts me in such a good mood to start or end my day!

Alikat Moves makes getting healthy and strong fun! I have a hard time with monotonous workouts-my mind needs to be entertained and Alikat does just that! The choreography is appropriate for all levels and always changing so that you don't get bored. You are always learning and challenging yourself all the way to your health goals!

I've been coming to Ali's class on and off for about a year and it's fantastic. She's a big motivator and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable about knowing the steps at all. All she and all her instructors care about is that you keep moving and have s good time doing it. Highly recommend it.

Ali is not only an outstanding instructor and amazing dancer, she is someone special who inspires others to challenge themselves while having so much fun, your forget you are exercising! Her music choices and choreography make it easy for anyone to move and dance, regardless of age or background. The studio is the best around, a fabulous loft with high ceilings and space enough to dance freely, no matter how big the class or special event! So many great people to meet and befriend..

Ali is amazing she very Talented as a zumba instructor . As a ZIN member i love her jams But her class are full and full of energy She very kind and sweet and always make her class fun, She who Zumba instructors go to when they want to take a class
