Raphael did a good job for me before but now blew me off twice on a new project and canceled again with no notice, no text or call to reschedule when he picked the appointment time. He was not professional and does not respect peoples time. Instead of apologizing, he is upset with this bad review blaming the customer for being “impatient” and left a long angry voicemail. Unbelievable. You should just be courteous and professional enough reschedule your appointments.

Had my truck wrapped by Rafael, he initially canceled my scheduled appointment because he was too busy. When he finally did it three weeks later, it turned out to be the biggest waste of money. Three days haven’t passed yet and the wrap is already peeling on all the doorhandles, the mirrors, and bumper. Instead of whole pieces of vinyl to wrap the bumper or the grill, it’s all little pieces and looks so hacked together. Really wish I picked it up during daylight hours so I would have seen the hack job he did on my brand new $70,000 truck and not paid a penny. Even cut into the paint on my hood from what’s looks to be like the razor he used to cut the vinyl got away from him. Tried calling him back, but won’t even answer or return my calls. Considering small claims court at this point.
