I brought my vehicle there for repair. Initially said nothing was wrong. I pushed them then they found my control arm was broken and did not realign my vehicle after the repair. They just wanted to upsell me some brakes. Sloppy workmanship and no customer service. Glad i did not get into an accident driving a car with a broken control arm and malalignment. I notified new owner and manager, no feedback. Unprofessional

It is somewhat honest dealer. At least they don't charge the diagnosis fee if you fix your car there while Hyundai Auburn charged me the diagnosis fee although I repaired my car in Hyundai Auburn. So, just go to Hyundai Framingham if you don't want to pay the extra hard earned money.

When buying a car, it is all about trust and after my experience here, I have lost trust in this dealership. But to be fair, I haven't had a single good experience at any dealerships so far. Obviously, in the car business, it is all about nickel-and-diming the customers for commission and bonuses, so it is to be expected. But here is why this place is not good:1) I went in for a certified pre-owned (CPO) car and they had a price for the car but ended up raising the price on me, citing low inventory. 2) The CPO car had defects that the dealership knew about but did not disclose. When we brought up the defect, they told us they knew about it but didn't know how the defect happened.3) The finance guy tried to scam me to buy an extended warranty. He will give a ridiculously high price to buy the warranty. I told him I didn't want it and he left the room for a few minutes and then came back telling me that he spoke to the manager and he can lower the price of the warranty for me. I still didn't want it. But this goes to show that if you want the warranty, you can hold out for a "better offer". I personally didn't think it was a good deal because the dealership warranty overlaps with the manufacturer warranty that comes with the purchase by a year or so. And they seem to cover similar things.4) The finance guy never gave me change back. I paid in cash and he said that they don't have change for cash and that I would receive the change in the mail in form of a check. I never received anything. It wasn't a ridiculous amount of change so I let it go but it gives meaning to getting nickel-and-dimed.5) They switched the tires before they sold me the car. It is obvious in hindsight. The car was sold to me under 30k miles and the tires that supposedly came with the car (supposed to be able to last 60k miles) was almost worn out. So, it was obvious that the tires were older than the car, which means they probably did a good old switcheroo. I don't know how they got it to pass inspection but I'll let your imagination wander what they probably had to do.6) Service people don't respond to emails. I emailed a service person asking about another defect I found and no response. I thought email was better than calling because I had pictures that showed the problem better than words could describe. I ended up having to drive to the dealership to address the problem. They probably gotten away with other stuff but this is the reality of buying a car. Hope this helps someone.

I brought my 2019 Acura MDX Advance Pkg, My vehicle only has 2000 miles and I just bought it. The technician ripped a piece of leather near the middle console and also put a scratch on the middle console and then turn around and said he did not do it. The technician was the only one working on my car and working on the middle console. For the service manager James to tell me not to bring my car here for service because they failed to service my car correctly was a slap in the face. Not only that I also own a 2018 Acura RDX and they was fixing a parking sensor on the rear bumper and they also broke the clip that holds the tail light in place. I really need the general manager info I need to have a talk with him. I have pictures as well!!!!!!!!

I bought my new GV80 at their Hyundai Genesis side and they were awesome. Very friends, great customer service very through and had a great person touch. Their tech guy Jared was awesome and even the own Doug went above and beyond. They made buying a new car very easy and I love the car. Highly recommend their Hyundai/Genesis team.

We test drive a car, then when coming back to desk to talk about it they printed the invoice and changed the base price to be $500 higher from the price written on the car and online! We raised the issue to our sales man Julio Cruz, he said that's just a mistake, and went see his manager, and he came back and said it's normal because we want to pay cash. I never heard of such thing before, and it's 100% illegal in some places, likely also in Massachusetts. Can you imagine doing business there, and trusting them to do the right thing during and after the sell?
