I recently moved to Framingham and was looking for an honest, reputable place to take care of maintenance and service for my 2017 Acura RDX. I read great reviews on Yelp, and made my appointment with Absolute Car Care.
Dropped my car off this morning - told them what service the car was telling me it needed, and waited to hear from them.
A few hours later, Mike called to tell me the car was ready. I went to pick it up, fully expecting them to tell me I needed this or that service for a few thousand dollars. But that didn’t happen! The nice man told me what they had done, and even told me about one thing that would have been part of the service, but that my car didn’t need!
This was a really pleasant experience. I expected to be overcharged, but this scheduled maintenance was $174.00. I will absolutely return to Absolute Car Care.

Absolute has been great in keeping our 10 YO Audi Q7 Diesel running with regular maintenance and giving honest assessment of what needs to be done vs. what can wait until the next visit. It is now moving on to it's third driver in the family and we know it will run for another few years at least! Thank you Absolute for doing everything a dealership would - but without the cost!

The rear door on my Hyundai Santa Fe is a lift gate. During the winter the hydraulic lifts gave out. Despite the big inconvenience I didn’t attempt to repair because I thought it wouldn’t be worth the expense. Mike assured me it was no big deal to fix and hunted down after market parts at a considerable savings. Once the parts came in they called to have me come over and in less than 10 minutes I was fixed and on my way. In the current economy where every penny matters it’s nice to have Absolute on my team!

Mike and his team over there really took care of me and I’m proud to say I chose these guys. My truck feels like a brand new truck and the whole process was smooth and easy. Great family company!

I love the peace of mind I have when I bring my vehicles to Absolute. I can trust Mike and John to properly repair and maintain the cars and give honest recommendations of what other services should be performed. The fact that I save so much money compared to going to the dealership is not why I choose Absolute Car Care, but it is a great bonus!

These are just great people and mechanics. They'll give you outstanding service at a fair and reasonable price. Expect it to take a little time, because they're a small operation and extremely busy due to their popularity, but it's always worth the wait.

I have been bringing my 16yr old Toyota to Mike and John at Absolute Car care for years. I trust them and they do excellent work! Also they have helped me in several emergencies. And the pricing of repairs is very reasonable. Would recommend to everyone!!

Absolute Car Care is the Absolute. They have been servicing my 2008 Honda Ridgeline for 3 years. Was I thrilled to learn about Absolute Car Care on the Next Door website. They are the most honest and skilled tech's I have ever worked with. They outdo ANY dealership with upfront quotes. Extremely fair pricing and they only do what is expected. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I have and still do, recommend Absolute Car Care

I had a small job that I called around a few places to get a quote for. Of the 7 I called, Absolute car care was the only one that sent a quote via email right away. Quote was transparent, reasonable, and the work was done in less than 2 hours. I will be sure to use them again. Professional, courteous, honest.

Mike, Kathy & John were hospitable, friendly and informative when it came to servicing my vehicle. I had last minute request that my car needed to be ready within the same day and they made it happen! Also, Mike was kind enough to drop me off at home while they serviced the vehicle.
