I happened to be shopping in the area and saw the AAA store there, and decided to take care of some important registry stuff. I thought it would be along drawn out process, but boy was I wrong. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I was out of there in 15 minutes. I couldn't have been happier with them. For the money AAA is one of the few bargains left these days. Keep up the good work!

I was surprised to see something like AAA office having such a high rating, but honestly it was very good! Clean comfortable space with competent and friendly employees. What more can one ask for?

I was in there yesterday to talk about my car insurance and was stating some questions on some concerns to get some answers or to direct me on my next steps on what i should do. i was very disappointed on how Omar handled the situation and on how he was ignoring and not listening to my questions it was very clear that he did not care to help us. he has helped us before and was helpful in the past but yesterday he was not interested on helping us. i was starting to get tired of of asking questions that were not being answered if he didn’t know the answer he could have just said so. i got tired of wasting my time and breath when he put his headphones on i could tell he did not care so me and my mom got up and left. AAA is good on helping us with renewing our license with nice and helpful staff but Omar that’s supposed to help with our insurance was not so friendly nor helpful.

We are visiting from out of state and needed to get passport photos done for our applications to give the Consulate General of Belgium in New York (later on our trip). This location is so fast and efficient. We were in line upon arrival but didn’t wait any longer than 2-3 minutes. Once at the counter they verified our membership, took the photos of our children, cut them size, and we were out the door. I don’t think we were even at the location for 10 minutes that’s how fast they were (which was great with having small children). Also want to add the staff are all super friendly, so it was just a great experience over all.

Amazing experience!!! Unfair to compare this place to AAA other place in Middlesex county. 10 mim max I was out for DL renewal.

The service, quality of information , & patience with my questions, was above and beyond. Over the phone. She spent over a half hour talking with me to set up a new account after 22 years off of my mother's. It was sad to see my account go from 22 to 0. But that's a me problem. She was wonderful. Lisa, she started me a new membership with an amazing discount. I thought I was calling Framingham but believe she was out of a Connecticut office, thanks Lisa!

Wow, they are so friendly and professional. Husband made a same day appointment to get license renewed. He's over 75 so he needed to go in person. Jonathan chatted with him as he went through the process. I heard my husband reminiscing about old computers and punch cards. Maybe was because it was a Monday morning but we were in and out in 30 minutes.
