When they do answer the phone they are of little help. I will be switching agents.

Very unethical. My agent has left company and no one answers the telephone calls anymore. Even if they do (they don’t) they have no optional Portuguese language. I was told Jim and Joanne do not have your best interests at heart so please stay away. Unresponsive
