The salesman was great on being attentive in making the sale, after that any questions I had seem ed to irritate him. this is the second job Walpole Woodworkers have done for us. The quality is great. The first job did not get installed on time based on what I was told; the second job may be a month later than promised. The first job was fence with 3 sides, one side is not square with the opposing parallel side or squarely perpendicular with the back wall of the fence. They promised to fix it, they never did. Again, the quality is great, the installs mediocre, the service is middling.You have to stay on top of them to get responses and make sure their installation is correct.

I requested a quote for the fence at my property. Their sales woman at Norwood literally said 3 times that they’ll be the most expensive quote i’ll receive.I couldn’t believe how bad she did not want my business. Just awful customer service/sales skills..

Spent thousands of dollars for a solid vinyl fence and installers cracked the vinyl by screwing incorrectly. They never fixed the problem after promising over and over that they would. Love the product, hate the service. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Called to set up an appointment. After several attempts, finally got a sales person, very rude and seemed to be distracted. Interrupted me each time I tried to explain or ask something. No Thanks !!
Better quality products out there from other local businesses from what I see in the reviews, better of that I got frustrated and hung up.
Colonial Fence in Norfolk was awesome and they mfg. right at the facility.
