2 instances of the older lady with glasses at night being super rude for no reason... first time she treated me rudely while cashing a lottery ticket and told me to scratch the code at the bottom myself. 2nd time on New Years Eve tonight ignored me the whole time I was searching the store for something- tried to ask a question and she rudely told me she was on the phone. She seemed like she was starting to question what my question was so when I went to repeat it she doubled down about how she was on the phone about the system and basically told me to shut up with her mannerisms and how rude she was about it. I gave up and threw the cookies for my kid on the counter and told her "you know what? Nevermind" glad I didn't blow $100 on lottery and then some for soda and new years snacks- took my business elsewhere.

The african american lady that works overnight is very disrespectful and condescending to other employees. Instead of what i believe to management handing and reslove the matter appropriately, they choose to be bias and side with her. Had to reach out to corporate for them to handle the matter. We as customer serivce reps have to handle alot when we deal with customers but at no time should we have to deal with it from other memebers of staff!

Waiting more then 36 hours so far for a release on my card of $100 for cancelling a transaction at their broken gas pump. Talked to rude owner who doesn't care and my bank as well who said it's on the merchant. Will never use this or any Shell station again.

Went there for gas, the blonde girl with long hair was rude and denied me gas because she was just ABOUT to switch drawers and didn’t give me any good answers when i asked where i can get gas even tho I should’ve been able to put $60 in my tank here . Never coming back

She's just not a face that says welcome to shell infact ran me and my mom off with a horrible attitude at 930 pm Sept 1st 2020 . I had bought gas pumped it and forgot transmission fluid with auto parts stores closed was going to get it here. I think I'll avoid here all together till a manager/// owner replys I don't think they would speak to customers the way she did. I know they wouldn't.

Older lady who works at night seems to not like her job. I grab a bag of chips and a soda and go to checkout. Cashier asks if thats my car by the pump-I say yes. She says I need to move my car as shes ringing me up. I ask why(11pm night not one car there). She says because she said so and she doesnt want my car there. Is it because I got no gas? She says you need to leave and not park there again. I told her I parked at a pump for these reasons: 1. Broken ankle 2. I needed to take trash out 3. Because I felt like it-Ive done nothing wrong. She cut me off and said "goodnight I'll call the cops". I said "woah a lot more to worry about in life lady" and left. What the....!! All I wanted was to visit the only gas station open in town.

I am a Foxboro resident which i frequent this location 1xwk why? i find the staff very knowledgeable and yes friendly this store is very clean well stocked they are personable if you are . Open 24 hrs and reading the last post unfortunately the person never pointed out the transmission fluid they looked to purchase was told by the clerk possibly was not the correct fluid for their vehicle If staff did not care why would they give up a sale and tell the customer possibly incorrect ??? sorry disagree with the last post if you need gas late at night or food or a drink Its worth taking the exit they are worth it !
