Bought my new Bronco from Rodman Ford was not pressured or attacked when I drove in to the dealership I started the process with a lovely lady Karry finished my purchase with Bruce explained what I wanted was a straight forward offer no back and forth. Great experience! Was looking at a newer truck and on a bit of a time crunch since I travel for work. Jim was very helpful and we were able to get everything done quickly so I was able to enjoy my truck for a couple days before leaving again. Good communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Rodman. The salesman Shane was great. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, knew the payments I wanted to be at and he made it allhappen and I was in and out in an hour, with a brand new truck. Jordan was great as well in making sure my payments were where I wanted them.

I purchased a 2014 Focus ST. Wayne was amazing to work with. I went not knowing how to drive a manual transmission, I left knowing the ropes and felt confident in learning. The time he put in to make sure I fully understood every step made it quick and easy. Pleasure to do business with Rodman and I know I will be back in the future when I need something newer.

I was very happy dealing with my salesman Shane I think he knew I am a straight shooter and didn't want to deal with any bull so they had a Black Widow beautiful truck and they let me take it home for the night and I ended up buying it the next day,and Shane was very helpful and the Rodman's got me in the truck real quickly! I'm very pleased with the deal and the service and I would deffinately go back.

I strongly recommend to anyone planning to do business with Rodman that they do their research beforehand and read the reviews for this dealer. Rodman has extremely poor customer service and does business in a very unprofessional manner, to the point where I had to open up a Better Business Bureau claim against them.I purchased a used vehicle from them at the beginning of the year. Onsite, the sale and trade in went fine. The salesperson took took care of VIN check and registration and offered to drop the car off at my home. Since it was an out of state transaction, I was told that I would need to take care of the inspection, but that I would be reimbursed for cost (the bill of purchase actually shows that I paid for state registration, VIN check, AND state inspection).After the vehicle was dropped off, I noticed several large chips in my windshield. I also noticed that I was not provided with the wheel lock key for my spare. I immediately contacted the salesperson who acknowledged the chips. He told me that he would contact the previous owner for the key and would look into seeing what could be done about the windshield. A week went by and finally the manager contacted me to say that the dealer wouldn’t replace the windshield because it wasn’t legally necessary (the chips “were not in the line of site”) and because it was not mentioned at the time of sale (even though he agreed they were not present at the time of sale). I expressed my thoughts at which point the manager got heated and hung up on me. In addition, I didn’t hear anything back regarding the inspection compensation or the wheel lock key.I had to open up a BBB claim in order to hear back from the owner, who basically accused me of being at fault for the windshield, but told me he would comp me for the inspection and the cost of wheel locks (not considering the fact that I had to pay someone to remove them from the vehicle). It wasn’t the best resolution but I was fine just ending it at that point and moving on.After driving around for a few weeks, I noticed the steering was off so I took it in to another dealer to get checked and was told there was an open recall to replace the steering dampener. So Rodman didn’t even take care of that either. It seemed like they were done with me as soon as the deal was made, and they felt no responsibility to take care of any of the issues that were handed to me. This is just not good business.

My salesman Wayne was a pleasure to work with. He was accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy in anyway and was available to answer any questions I had. The finance department was also great to work with. Andrew was easy to work with and found us the best rates, even dismissed bad rates. Overall great experience and I’ll recommend Rodman to anyone I know who’s looking for a Ford.

Great experience with Bruce from start to finish! The best/easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Bruce was very knowledgeable and truly cared about us as customers and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The deal presented to us was beyond fair from the start with none of that irritating back and forth and consulting with manager etc etc. Highly recommend Bruce and Rodman as a whole.

Terrible experience with the service department. I have a 1.5 year old explorer and the trunk wasn’t working. I scheduled an appointment and was told the next was 3-4 weeks out. I took an appt and dropped my car off. It has been over a week since my appt and they haven’t even looked at my car yet. They keep giving me excuses as to why. Terrible service, we will not be returning for any future service or purchases.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The only good thing I have to say is that the salesman Bruce was pleasant. The finance manager Andrew was a total piece of work and the manager Jordan is no help. Throughout the whole process, Andrew was impatient, rude, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. I remember specifically as he was printing out the legal documentations, instead of handing me the papers, he threw them at me from across the table. Body language and tone of voice were clear that he did not want to help me. Despite such a sour experience, I wanted to go through with purchasing the vehicle as I needed a new car as soon as possible and I have fallen in love with the Bronco. I had to be patient and understanding to expedite the process, never would have I thought that the customer would have to please the staff members at a dealership until I walked into Rodman Ford.Weeks after purchasing my new car, mail from lenders started piling in. I was not informed that my credit was ran a whopping 9 times!!!! The first 4 were from the initial attempts to find a financer under my name based off my credit score. I understand multiple attempts are made to ensure best financing possible with best option for APR, so on, so forth. Due to my lack of credit history, we decided the best options was to get my father as a co-signer. Again, throughout this process, Andrew was impatient with collaborating with my father, insulting his abilities to use technology. He was visibly frustrated when we inquired about the GAP coverage and Ford premium warranty which he slapped on top of the total without telling us. He was so unprofessional that he had to have Bruce the SALESMAN explain everything to us. After asking Bruce to remove GAP and Ford Premium, our credit was ran an additional 5 times. Due to such an awful experience, I am left to believe that Andrew purposely put forth requests with financial institutions that would certainly decline our loan request out of spite of us refusing to line his pockets with those additional charges.Taking some time to clear my head and re-approach this fiasco without being angry, I returned to the dealership 2 months after purchasing my car to speak with the manager and explain to him my experience. The manager of the dealership (who is the son of the business owner) Jordan, minimized my situation, pushed the blame to me, stating it was a difficult process because I’m from out of state, and additionally - my dad because he was not in the office with us during the deal. Jordan tried to reassure me by stating that “it’s not as a big deal as you think it is”, and tried to put a band-aid on my frustration by offering me with oil changes and detailing. Thanks Jordan.Save yourselves from a headache and run as far as you can from this dealership.
